"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Perry! We loved everything about this historic hotel, from the beautiful architectural details and comfortable front porch to the welcoming lobby and all the character throughout the building. It really feels like stepping back in time while still having the comforts you want in a hotel.
Our room was a highlight, especially the private balcony overlooking Petoskey and Lake Michigan. The view was beautiful, but watching the sunset over the water was something special. We also enjoyed learning about the hotel's history and its connection to the old railroad days.
The location couldn't have been better. We were just steps away from downtown shops, great restaurants, and the harbor. Breakfast at the H.O. Rose Dining Room was excellent, and the $25 food credit was a nice bonus.
Hotel Perry has so much charm, history, and character. It made our visit to Petoskey even more memorable. We would absolutely stay here again!"
Waterfront Escape on Crooked Lake - Kayaks & Boat Slip. Fall colors getaway !

Northern Michigan Getaway - Cozy Log Cabin right on Crooked Lake Waterfront
10/10 Excellent
"The cabin is very quaint and cozy with everything we needed located in a multi-sport paradise. The lake in fall was beautiful. The summer motor boats were all gone, and we enjoyed kayaking around Oden Island (walked the trails there too, nice little hike). We also kayaked to Pickerel Lake and watched a bald eagle eat lunch (brought our own boats). There is a paved bike path nearby which made for great E-bike excursions- to the fish hatchery and from Petosky to Charlevoix, enjoying the fall tree color and red berries of Michigan holly. There are lots of opportunities to hike locally in nature preserves with nice trails. Several wineries were still open on weekends. Things to know about the cabin: the bed is surrounded on 3 sides with walls (small space) but very comfortable, lots of linens provided. The location on a state highway means you do hear road noise- we still slept peacefully (I use an earplug and the traffic decreases at night). The bathroom is tiny as well and appears to be relatively unheated (we couldn’t get the floor heater to work in there) but has a skylight and lots of hot water. Appreciated access to washer and dryer. Great lake view, stars at night and pretty sunrises. Functional little fire caldron and wood provided for evening marshmallow roasting. Host was accessible by cell phone and easy to communicate with. Overall a great stay!"
"Purely beautiful with the fall colors. Room was private and clean with outdoor balcony. Enjoyed the evening music and friendly waitress at the bar below Legends restaurant."

"Such a lovely campground! The check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and the host is so kind and helpful. The amenities like the coffee/water/snack station and the basket of mini toiletries in the bathroom were such thoughtful touches! We would definitely stay here again."
