"The Positives: The property is in an excellent location, situated right in front of the lake. We stayed in the 1 BHK apartments, which were very clean, well-maintained, and spacious. The food was another highlight—everything we ordered was delicious, and the portion sizes were quite generous. A few areas could use attention - bathroom fixtures need repair, several rugs are stained and should be replaced, and some furniture is dated and requires maintenance or renewal."

"We had a pleasant stay at Himalaya Hotel, Nainital. The deluxe room offered an amazing lake view, and the food was delicious. The staff was courteous, friendly, and always ready to help. A special thanks to Pankaj Joshi and Sunil Kumar for assisting us with our luggage during both pickup and drop. The dining staff was also well-behaved and suggested some great nearby places to visit. The only area for improvement would be the room cleanliness, as we noticed a few cobwebs. Overall, it was a good experience, and the excellent hospitality made our stay enjoyable."
