"Fantastic Place. Cozy House with good heating, only the hot water was a bit to little. The Owner was very charming, and always available when we had questions. All in all a pefect place when you just want to disconnect from the world a bit."

The only (small) downfalls were: 1) The batteries in the remote control ran out after the first day but we couldn’t open the back because it needed a little screw driver! "Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig, zwar an einer Hauptstraße aber mit lärmdichten Fenstern. Man ist in 30 Minuten am Park & Ride in Wien, wo wir fast täglich waren.Das Haus verfügt über einen Carport und einen schönen Garten mit alten Obstbäumen. Die Einrichtung ist äußerst geschmackvoll und hochwertig! Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betten waren alle bequem, die sanitären Einrichtungen neu. Die technischen Geräte waren alle hochwertig und mit zwei Wohnzimmern ist das Haus...

"Das Haus ist für 6 Personen ausgeschrieben. Wir waren zu viert. Ich wollte ein 2. Kopfkissen - war nicht möglich! Die Sauberkeit der Küche unzureichend. Auch nicht genug Besteck, wenn es 6 Personen wären. Mischbatterien in Bad und Dusche altertümlich, kaum Wasserdruck in der Dusche. Ein Fenster in einem Schlafzimmer konnte nicht geöffnet werden. Unzureichende Beschreibung des Ortes. Restaurant war nicht geöffnet, Kaufhaus hat seltsame Öffnungszeiten - so, dass man nichts planen konnte. Eingang...

"Wir hatten 4 Tage kein warmes Wasser wegen Rohrbruch in Nebenwohnung. Nach Fehlersuche mussten wir die restlichen Tage den Zufluss zum Warmwasserkessel selbst regulieren. Dafür keine Entschädigung erhalten."

"The property is stunning but the service and overall staff professionalism is very lacking. When we checked in the front desk attendant did not open the door or help with luggage as he saw us struggling to get through the door and there was no offer to help. He simply asked us to fill out a form and gave us 1 key. No welcome, no explanation of the 600-acre property or what was on site. No hours given for the restaurant or spa so we had to come back and get all of that information. Very odd first impression of the property. Throughout the stay, we had to continue asking for things like robes or for the steam/sauna to be turned on (even though the spa hours are 7am-10pm, apparently those treatment rooms are only turned on from 4pm-10pm which seems odd). Also, no one services the spa all day so at one point there were no more towels (and we again had to go back to the front desk and ask for towels). "
