"Wir hatten einen netten Empfang durch den Hausmeister. Die Wohnung haben wir wie beschrieben und erwartet vorgefunden. Hervorzuheben ist der relativ neue Pool und die dazugehörige Sauna! Meiner Tochter hat es viel Spaß gebracht die Zeit dort zu verbringen. Und obwohl in diesem Haus sehr viele Menschen sind, war es nie überfüllt. Strand, Bäcker und andere Geschäfte sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.
Das einzige Manko war, das der Kühlschrank nicht ganz sauber war ( wir haben ihn auch kaum...

"Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist hier sehr gut und meine volle Empfehlung.
Das Haus hat schon einige Jahrzehnte auf dem Buckel, wurde aber mehrfach renoviert ( Bad und Küche neuwertig).Sehr ruhige Wohnlage und Entfernung zum Strand und Zentrum günstig. Wer eine supermoderne Wohnung in einer exclusiven Lage und Ausstattung sucht, mus sicher wesentlich mehr Geld bezahlen."
