"Art and Judy were extremely nice people. The cottage was very well equipped and had comfortable furniture. Plenty of seating outside with wonderful views of the desert and mountains. We appreciated their hospitality and had some nice chats with them. If you like hiking this is a great place to be and if you like just sitting around and relaxing in the quiet this is perfect"

"Couches need replaced asap. They have no support, worn out on inside support. Inappropriate for this quality of home. Add a hot tub outside. Small cost to owner. Exterior patio is fine, but if you need something to garner attention of vacationing people, really beef up your backyard area. It is ver average at best"
