Porcilaia, whose name means pigsty, was converted from the original pigsty of Borgo la Chiusa, part of an ancient convent.
The house sits on the left side of the property and is accessed from a welcoming terraced patio at the front of the house.
Porcilaia is endowed with an open living area, cleverly organised to fit a comfortable sofa and armchairs, a modern kitchen and dining area.
The double bedroom and the twin bedroom sit on the back portion of the house, overlooking the beautiful paved backyard ideal for breakfast in the morning!
Two full bathrooms with shower, one next to the living room and the other next to the double, in the sleeping area.

Legnaia, whose name means woodshed, was converted from the original woodshed of Borgo la Chiusa, part of the ancient convent.
This typical Siena country home rental sits in between of Porcilaia and Fienile and is accessed from 2 welcoming terraces in front of it.
The large arched glass door lead you right into the large open living area, with lounge, fireplace and fully equipped kitchen.
The back of the house hosts a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, each with its own bathroom.
The two other double bedrooms, one bathroom with shower and a laundry room sit in the basement, going down the stairs from the living area.
The front terraces are partially covered and equipped with tables, chairs, loungers, BBQ and sun umbrellas.

Fienile, whose name means hay barn, is the biggest unit at Borgo La Chiusa, it was totally restored in 2014, using top quality materials.
It develops over two floors, with a surface of more than 200 square meters, private gated garden with views, sunshine and shade.
Accessed through a private gate, the villa boasts a grand entrance with a 3 meter arch and an elegant staircase.
A wonderful open space kitchen, living, reading, dining are of about 70 sq meters leading straight in to the garden fill the whole ground floor, including a full bathroom, a twin bedroom with two single beds. A marvelous stone fireplace sits at the center of the living room.
3 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and 1 twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom sit on the first floor. The marvelous original brick structure offers magnificent lighting and views over the rolling countryside.
The house is fully fitted and has floor heating/cooling system. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned.
