The property refunded my money because of the COVID19 global pandemic. I could not get into the country. The Airlines could not fly into Cambodia. The COuntry was not issuing tourist visas and the hotel was closed because of all this. SO they issue me a a total refund with Expedia's Help. If they ever open up again I will book with Expedia and stay at the Salasara Hotel because they helped me out. All the best.

Nice atmosphere, clean room, nice pool and restaurant/bar area. Room was basic, no elevator to get to 3rd floor with luggage. Staff was great! Desk staff very helpful. Our server in the restaurant/bar was Bunsorng. He was very helpful in making menu choices and even loaning his phone charger while we had drinks. Onsite massage was great after a long day of site seeing. Did not enjoy the roosters crowing at 4:30 in the morning.

Good hotel close to everything

We booked 5 nights and were happy with this hotel. The staff is nice and helpful, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We even got to check-in early free of charge. The location is very central, close to everything by foot. Lots of restaurant options nearby. Breakfast was limited though.

Great place to stay!

This place was great and the people who worked here were very friendly! They were able to set up a tuktuk to take me to Angkor Wat, which the driver was great. It is close enough to Pub Street you can walk without all the loudness that comes with it. The pool is nice but definitely needs to be cleaned more regularly (not just add chlorine, there was quite a bit in there). The restaurant was great and the service was top notch! And the wifi worked great. I would definitely stay here again! The one major problem I had was with the toilet in my room as it didn't flush very well. It didn't seem like there was much that the front desk could do...

Pool, Lage, Lobby und Bar sind gut. Sehr ruhig. Personal sehr freundlich. Die Details sind jedoch mangelhaft. So langen wir am Pool und das ganze Hotel wurde mit Insektizide ausgeräuchert und keiner warnte uns, oder schloss den Pool. Das wird dir nicht wiederfahren aber was wirklich übel ist, die Zimmer sind super klein und es gibt KEINE Möglichkeit das Gepäck oder die Kleider zu versorgen. Deswegen ist die Bewertung für dieses Hotel höchstens 2* würdig.

Location is so good, night market and pub street are within walking distance from the hotel. Staffs are very helpful and giving us a lot of informations and suggestions on traveling around. The driver is so responsible to take us to all the scenic areas that included in the package.

Впечатления отрицательные: балкон или терраса с видом на сад отсутствовали (при выборе отеля это было принципиально важно!), везде указано, что такая зона для номера существует! На вопрос где балкон сказали, что нужно было написать заранее. О наличии кровати тоже заранее писать? Хотя сами ответили только на одно письмо (про трансфер из аэропорта), остальные письма игнорировались (касалось трансфера, тук-тука). Пол цементный обшарпанный, дверь облупленная (не плотно закрывается), в мини холодильнике пиво, орешки занимали всю площадь (из мини бара платного), при этом бесплатную воду оставляли на столе теплой, так же в холодильнике была вода (убрали), вешалка для полотенец отвалилась (исправили). Попросили убрать мини бар, при выезде персонал об этом забыл и хотел получить деньги за использование бара (в итоге разобрались, все ок). Цены на тук-тук такие же как заявлены, хотя посещаешь 1 храм или 3-4 неважно, так что стоит корректировать самим, маршрут изменить можно (было важно знать до поездки, на письмо не ответили). Камина никакого в номере нет (не знаю зачем он, но заявлен), бассейн хороший, но дно скользкое (видимо не часто чистят), вода нормальная. Если уезжаете на экскурсию рано утром можно взять завтрак с собой в лаунч боксе. На экскурсии (целый день) вода может закончится у тукера, хотя заявлено обратное. Расположение отеля хорошее: 2 минуты до ночного рынка, 5 минут до Паб Стрит. Уточняйте о трансфере обратно, у нас был бесплатный (хотя персонал не сразу это осознал).

Convenient hotel, centrally located

Nice hotel, value for money, very convenient if anyone wants to stay to Siem Reap few days in order to visit the temples. The staff are very kind and helpful and they speak good english. They provide free tuk tuk transport from and to the airport. On the downside, our room was very small, there was nowhere to store our luggage and the windows did not open. Very good location, near the market and lots of good restaurants.

Hotel overall is vey nice and friendly staff Location is great. Just a block away from Night Market but there is no noise at all. The room I didnt like at all. Very dark and cold. ロケーション抜群。かと言ってうるだくない。ナイトマーケット端にあるスタイリッシュ別荘風のホテル。周りには複数ナイトマーケット、オールドマーケット、パブストリートもすぐ近く。観光帰りに毎日プール利用しました。フロントは笑顔が一杯。でも込み入った英語は不得意かも。快適リッチ気分になれます。おススメです。朝メシは洋風多し。

とにかくスタッフの対応が素晴らしいです。みんなが笑顔で対応してくれてツアーなども提案して頂けました。トイレの鍵が閉まらなかったりシャワーの温度は温かったりしましたが、そんなのどうでもいいくらいスタッフがとにかく素晴らしい。4日間専属のように付いてくれたトルクトルクのドライバーさんもとっても良い人で感激です。近くにナイトマーケット、パブストリート、オールドマーケットも徒歩で行ける近さ！ またカンボジアに行くことがあったらここに泊まりだいです。
