When I checked in they put me in a smoking floor. The rooms were stinking of tobacco, while the guy checking in told me that it was clean and there will not be any smell. He says that it is fully booked , no other rooms available. Then they tried to find me another room in the same floor that was equally bad. Finally when I asked to see the duty manager and insisted I would leave they magically found me a room. That is pathetic considering we pay such huge amounts for the room, and this is not the expected level of service.

Room was awesome, thanks to the wonderful staff for upgrading us to a suite after hearing we were delayed getting to India by two days! Such a great experience. We wished we could have stayed longer!!
