「When I arrived I waited for over an hour to get my room ready even though the check in was from 2 pm I got to my room around 3.45pm. My room was great size but dirty and smelly and right by the pool and social areas so there was constant noise and loud music playing. There was also unwanted door to another room from the corner of my room - I didn’t feel comfortable and heard everything from the family next to us. So we were woken up by them all the time. 😳 we had to wait 2 days until another...

「Wir waren zwei Erwachsene und ein Baby. Da wir in der Nacht angekommen sind, haben wir ein Zimmer in der fünften Etage bekommen. Bei der Ankunft haben sie uns gesagt, dass sie keine Aufzüge haben. Das haben wir natürlich am nächsten Morgen andere Rezeption weitergegeben, dass es nicht möglich ist jedes Mal mit einem Baby hoch zu laufen. Die Kollegen an der Rezeption konnten uns schnell helfen und haben uns zum Nachmittag ein Zimmer mit Pool Blick und in der zweiten Etage angeboten. Unsere Sachen...
