Reception staff were just ok - wouldn't let us use outdoor pool at 8.10pm after arrival in motorbike gear in 33° - which would have been a godsend (closed 10 mins prior). The bathroom has no proper ventilation. We arrived and had only towels for one person. The breakfast room and indeed all of the downstairs lobby had no fresh air.
