「Warm welcome and outstanding food! We purchased the dinner and found it spectacular. Her local specialties were so delicious and so many! So many of the appetizers were of local farms and recipes of the area. And Breakfast was extra special with warm local ricotta and delicious fruit. Great location for visiting Modica, Ragusa etc」

「Our room was very small but fine for one night. The pool is fabulous but unfortunately the spa jets didn't work, and the outside bar service was haphazard. Coffee and cocktails were poor, served in plastic glasses, which felt far from glamorous, even when we were sitting some way from the pool. 「Absolute joy. Pleasant oasis in the middle of Agrigento region. 15 min from the Valley of the Temples and 30 min from the Scala dei Turchi. Former summer villa of local Bishop now an organic farm to table high end boutique hotel. Home made soap, shampoo, pasta, bread, olive oil and very comfortable beds with all cotton and linen bedding! Beautiful gardens and pool with peacocks wandering around. We stayed 2 nights and eat at the hotel every night. Reasonable prices and fresh home cooked...
