「The key about a great stay at any hotel is the quality of the pillows and blankets. In this case they kept me awake all night due to their sub-par quality. Besides that the hotel presented itself as expected.」

「The property was beautiful and the room was clean. However, there was nobody there to check us in or out, even though we arrived well before supper time. I had to call a number posted by the door to talk to someone offsite to let us into the building. Being from a different continent, this meant that I had to spend additional money on an international phone call just to get into the hotel. There was no breakfast available, which is what the review wanted me to rate. The only person we saw was a...

「If you want to submerge yourself in a fairytale, this is the write place. The owners didn't want to build houses, corners nor normality. In the middle of the Carpathian forrest, there is this enchanted place where you will feel out of time. The owners will serve you locally sourced and home made food. They also absolutely adore animals, so your pets are more than welcome.」

「Great Location and Customer Service. We will be back soon」

「Well-located hotel on the edge of the centre of town. Walking distance to the historic area, decent breakfast, free onsite parking (with dedicated undercover motorcycle parking), modern decor. Sadly the rooms have poor sound insulation - I was kept up all night be a room full of kids above who apparently didn't need sleep. And this hotel has some of the loudest pipe noise I've ever experienced in any hotel (and I've stayed in hundreds). Basically, you just have to hope nobody turns on the water...

「We enjoyed a pleasant stay here. Communication from the staff was excellent, and the woman who checked us in was super friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, although the bed could’ve been better. We enjoyed a tasty breakfast. The walk to the center of the city is easy and pleasant. I would recommend this property to others.」
