あまり多くを期待してはいけません。
フロントは、とても笑顔で優しく接してくださいましたが、何かお願い事がある時に、次のスタッへの引き継ぎができていないのでは？と感じる案件がありました。学生の旅行ですのですのでこの程度でよかったのですが、ビジネスだとどうなのでしょうか？しかし、この場所はビジネスで来る場所ではないので、のんびりしていてこれはこれで良いのかもしれません。

落ち着いたロケーション良しのホテル
窓からの景色も良く観光のメインであるシベニク世界遺産に隣接している。 朝食も期待していなかったが、チーズ、パン、果物が数種類あり宿泊代を考えるとリーズナブルでゆったり滞在できたホテルだった。

アパートに比べると値段は高いが、センターから離れてしまうと、クロアチアはタクシー代が日本より高いので、旧市街のどまんなかにあって、朝食ビュフェもよかったので、おすすめ

世界遺産まで歩いて２分
シベニクの世界遺産に間近のホテル。隣は博物館、その裏には世界遺産の聖堂。聖堂から博物館へ降りてく道の角にある小さな教会に入ると（入場料１０クーナ）「顔はめ」の原型が展示されていた。普通はマリアに抱かれたキリストの絵画乃至彫刻の前にはめる金属製の装飾板だが、ここでは子供が産れた時にその母子が使うときもあったとか？１８世紀のものらしい。　坂を上って砦に行ったが工事で閉鎖されていた。砦の外側に見晴台。入場料２０クーナは見える景色に比べ高い。２０～２３時の通りの賑いが良い。只、ホテルの駐車場は狭く大変苦労。部屋も狭くスーツケース開けるのに家具を動かし重労働。夕食は外がお薦め。

ロケーションは抜群です。
バスターミナルから本当に近く、ロケーションは抜群ですが、部屋の清潔度はいまいちで、シャワーを使用すると洗面所が変なにおいがするなどちょっとオススメできません。 また、コンセントさす場所が洗面所になく、部屋にも不便な場所にありました。 朝食はチーズパイはおいしかったけど・・・種類もそんなになく、ちょっと印象に残りにくい感じです。

Last minute booking and first time in Sibenik
Excellent location, didn’t matter if our room had no sea view as it was a last minute booking. The location was the best as it is along the promenade and near everything! Staff were professional and greeted all the guests all the time and were very helpful. Room air con was good and saved us from the punishing summer heat! Hotel is quite old but well maintained. Maybe some small refurbishments can give it a refreshing look and remove the mild stale air along the corridors. Breakfast was decent and filling.

Det här hotellet är i desperat behov av renovering. De har fastnat i 80-talet. Läget är fantastiskt, men både rummen, inredningen, badrummen(!!!), frukosten, ja allt behöver rustas upp. Vi fick ett rum med portabel air condition. Tyvärr lät den otroligt mycket så vi hade svårt att sova och det var omöjligt att stänga av den för det var ca 30 grader och rummet blev varmt igen på 5 minuter.

Het hotel is gedateerd en heeft groot onderhoud nodig om weer up to date te zijn en de gehanteerde kamerprijzen te rechtvaardige. De ontvangst door de receptionist was perfect. Hij was behulpzaam, vriendelijk en correct. Dat gold overigens voor de hele staf die wij gesproken hebben.

Optimale Lage am Meer
Das Hotel liegt optimal am Meer, Altstadt und wenige Minuten zu Bus/Bahn/Fähre. Eine einfachere Unterkunft, aber es passte mir alles. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet passte.

Hotel otřesný.! Je vám slíben pokoj se "sea view" a dostanete pokoj s výhledem na ulici, kde si se sousedem koukáte do pokoje, jak jsou okna blízko, okno nemůžete ani otevřít, jelikož pod vámi je kuchyň. Pokoj byl tak malý, že si nemůžete otevřít ani kufr, pokud nepřestěhujete půlku pokoje a i tak jste rádi, že se vám vytvoří ulička k průchodu. Otevřete si skříň a spadnou na vás police. Klimatizace hlučná a skáče tak, že máte strachu usnout. Prostory neklimatizované, drží se vlhko. Obsluha se nestará o svoje hosty při snídani holubi jedí vaše jídlo ze stolu a hodinu před koncem snídaně, už není téměř žádná strava a obsluha vám řekne, že doplní až zítra. Koupelna otřesný stav, ráno neteče teplá voda. Při plném parkování, vás pošlou parkovat k jinému hotelu a i tak vám dají plnou cenu za parkování. Pokoj vhodný pouze na odložení věcí a rychle odejít do ulic města. Zážitek na celý život, ale stačilo, poprvé a naposledy v tom to hotelu. Budeme žádat o reklamační list.

Personal de recepción muy atenta. Habitaciones viejas pero limpias. Colchón incómodo, su hundía. Aire acondicionado portátil, viejo y extremadamente ruidoso. Ubicación inmejorable. Con aparcamiento que es indispensable para la zona. Desayuno correcto.

Attention Les photos sont en grand angle!
La confirmation de réservation reçue par l’hôtel n’était pas conforme à notre achat. Nous avons dû montrer notre réservation chambre double sea view. L’hôtel avait comme document chambre twin vue sur la court. Minuscule et lits séparés. Ils ont accepté sans difficulté de nous mettre dans la chambre réservée. Mais les chambres ne ressemblent pas aux photos du site! Elles sont vraiment plus petites et plus vieilles. Nous devions avoir un réfrigérateur, ce n’était pas le cas. Les photos sont trompeuses. L’hôtel est vieux, mais il faut reconnaître qu’il est très bien placé!

Property had convenient on site and off site parking. Staff was friendly, especially Josko. Also breakfast was included, but the breakfast was sub par frankly. Lastly, the hotel is extremely outdated and old, and in bad need of a remodel.

It was my first day in Sibenik and I stayed only one night but was due back. The hotel and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful and made me look forward to my return.

Très bonne situation près du centre ville
Très bonne situation ,sur les quais et à 5 minutes à pied du centre ville.Nous avons choisi cet hôtel car c'est le seul du centre ville qui propose un parking devant.Que c'est agréable de flâner le soir dans les ruelles de la vieille ville après le départ des autocars de touristes ! La ville est très en pente avec de nombreux escaliers,donc tous les logements proposés sont difficiles d'accès avec des valises.Cette excellente situation fait oublier l'aspect des chambres un peu vieillotte qui seraient à rénover ,la grosse télé à tubes et le poteau en béton de la plupart des chambres qui diminue la surface utile de 4 m² environ.

Hotellin vastaanoton nainen oli erittäin ystävällinen ja hankki meille toisen parkkipaikan, sillä hotellin oma ja pieni parkkipaikka oli täynnä. Hän myös antoi meille huoneen jossa oli parivuode, vaikka olimme varanneet sellaisen, jossa on kaksi erillistä sänkyä. Tästä siis iso kiitos! Huone itsessään oli jotenkin tunkkainen ja erittäin vanhanaikainen. Yleisilme oli kuitenkin siisti ja lakanat olivat puhtaat. Emme nukkuneet kovin montaa tuntia, sillä ulkona oli aamuun saakka meteliä ja ikkunat eivät ääntä eristäneet. Kylpyhuone oli siisti ja puhdas vaikka vanhanaikainen.

Not good....
There were only 2 great things about this hotel, the location and Katarina who works in the restaurant. She was so nice and accommodating. But we would have a hard tome ever booking this hotel again, as it was so old and desperately needs renovations. The rooms are so small and bathrooms have a terrible odor coming from the slow draining sink drains.

Perfect Location
If you're looking for a completely modern, updated hotel with contemporary facilities geared to ensuring that you spend a significant amount of your time in a swimming pool, balcony or fitness gym, this is not it. But if the purpose of your visit is to get a real flavour of Croatia, its regional natural beauty and hospitality, look no further! Air conditioning can be a problem and room sizes don't allow enough space to swing a cat (although we left 'Tiddles' at home to check on the goldfish). Breakfast is basic but tasty and staff are very accommodating, willing to help and unobtrusive. There's car parking for a limited number of cars but also an added bonus of the use of an alternative car park 2 hundred meters from the hotel. Many rooms 'back' onto an authentic historical setting, reflecting the Roman Christian architecture and narrow walkways atmosphere, with regular chimes from the 3 bells of St.James Cathedral - beautiful! Our visit coincided with the historic re-enactment of the battle with the 'Venetians' in the 13th Century, very impressive!

Posizione ottimale, parcheggio comodissimo, dotazioni orribili. Camera singola, standard, piccolissima, mancanza di aria condizionata con finestra aperta su un cortile rumorosiss tutta la notte. Un inferno di caldo e rumore. Bagno piccolissimo, quasi impraticabile, senza asciugacapelli. Assenza di frigo e di cassaforte. Tre stelle immeritata.

Good Place on The Water Wth Great Air Conditionin
Great location on the water. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The hotel does not have recent renovations, but was very comfortable, including the air conditioning in our room, which worked great and felt very good after a day of site seeing in the heat and sun. The breakfast was fine - nothing too extraordinary. Check in was quick and easy and the bed was comfortable.

Very nice and comfortable. The only part that could be improved is parking but it is understandable knowing the location of the hotel.
