None of the staff spoke English. Very hard to communicate. Staff was friendly but clueless on how to deal with visitors from outside of China Food offerings were limited. No restaurant, just a bistro Very bad location, away from the city, squeezed in a tiny street. The entrance gave the appearance of going into a warehouse Overpriced. Low value for money

The staff were incredible. It was beautiful place to stay and located in a great area. I highly recommend people to stay here. You won’t find a sweeter staff. It is very clean and has a small pond with Koi surrounding the rooms with soothing water running to give a wonderful ambiance.
