「The pictures on the website do not tell the full story. The road ends 20 meters before the property, so prepare to wheel bags and walk across wet red clay. When we arrived the room reeked of cigarettes. They said they were fully booked and could not move us, but I could book a room still online, so they lied about that. 「Siolim is charming and full of history. This area and North Goa were our favourite. The room was lovely and very clean but the exterior of the property and pool area need upkeep and maintenance. There are also good food options nearby and the breakfast was simple but very good. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!」

「The hotel receptionists ( 2 ladies) exceeded our expectation. On the first day, our room was swapped overlooking pool with exceptional room size and all room facilities. The shower room was large with hot water 24/7. The restaurant served great and tasty food. The waiters were all very helpful and saw to our every need at breakfast and dinner. 「Room was clean, AC worked well, comfy bed, and shower works well. Late checkin was easy, and the price offers good value. Only thing you have to keep in mind is the place is right by the main road and so there is a lot of noise, however if you have been in India for a while you will be used to the noise. The fan and AC helps mute it a little. This is an ideal place to stay if you arrive late to airport, and on your way to a Goa beach resort next day. Nothing around, so not ideal for longer stay.」

「The cottage room was large, clean and well-furnished with very comfortable bed; the aircon was functional but blew warm air even on the coolest setting, I think the coolant was out. I was in #115, right opposite a bar of the Burger Factory next door which played loud, obtrusive music from midday onwards, and the MH staff though otherwise helpful couldn't offer a better room. This greatly spoiled the stay for me. The hotel has a breakfast area but only room service at other times. No problem...
