One of a kind, Contemporary Studio Apartment. One of 7 spaces carved out of the previous Salvation Army headquarters in downtown Shreveport, LA. Sitting in the middle of the Common's Art District. Quiet, Secluded, Gated off-street parking.

This spacious artist studio with 2 beds and 1 bath has crisp white brick walls, sealed concrete floors, split level, spacious living area with 12 feet ceilings throughout.

There are many empty storefronts in the immediate area and driving in at night was a bit unnerving but the property is well secured and quite beautiful inside. We would stay there again.

Wonderful Weekend!

Excellent property and great location. We were just 3 minutes from the convention center. Easy access in and out. The property was exactly as shown - clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. Loved it!

We had a great stay! This property is a well-maintained apartment with all the amenities you need to enjoy Shreveport. We really enjoyed being able to kick back in it after being out and about as it has significantly more room than any hotel suite. It's within walking distance of good restaurants and a short drive to the city's major attractions. Communication with the host was easy and consistent. I would definitely stay with them again while in town.

Excellent location in downtown Shreveport. The condo was aesthetically appealing and the host was cordial and provided excellent communication. He personally made sure that we were comfortable and made himself available if we needed anything. Our stay was most pleasant and we definitely recommend this property to all who may visit the area.

Great spot in Shreveport

This property is great! It’s clean and the owners are very communicative. Other than it being clean and well decorated, the parking is what brings me back. I travel to Shreveport for work, so I’m often alone. This is a gated property and it truly gives me peace of mind. I have now visited twice and this will be where I stay!

Great gem in Shreve

I travel to Shreveport for work. I had my teenaged daughter with me and was concerned about leaving her alone. This place was perfect! It’s gated and it is a really cool place to stay. She loved it as well! We had to get in really late for check in and the owners made it simple! Great place to stay!

Clean, Fun, and Cool place to stay

Property was clean: Good location, easy to get to, well stocked with all the essentials. Loved the style/vibe of the condo - one of our favorite rentals we have stayed in. Will for sure stay again on our next visit.
