From clean comfortable rooms, fantastic staff which was always available and helpful, a breakfast with a wide variety of delicious options. It has a beautiful swimming pool and a stunning view over the lake. Can’t wait to go visit again!」

「We had to change room during our stay and the personal had no compassion for this inconvinience. Also the staff at the hotel played really loud personal music everywhere at the hotel. The room, specially the bathroom was not clean. Would not recommand anybody to stay at this hotel.」

「We had a lovely experience at Hotel Valz. The hotel is actively run by two families and the staff are very friendly. We stayed for 9 nights and commutated into Shkoder to watch our son play basketball at tournament. It’s about 30mins from Shkoder and close to the beaches. The area is still 」
