A bonus was that it was handicap accessible for my father to visit easily! Loved the deck and screened porch! Appreciated that our pets were welcome as well! Property has a dock that is great for fishing!! We will be going back! "

"Really nice cabin. Very clean and in a nice spot on the river. The cabin is located on a shoal so it has no dock. If the river is low, it’s not great for fishing. Regardless, the lot is large and tranquil. "

"Rooms cleaned daily. The staff was engaged, friendly & always courteous. This location is near the lake but also easy accessible to multiple walking/ hiking trails & the famous Arkansas Golf Trail."

"Staff was helpful. Room was in great need of work. Obviously neglected for far too long. The overall appearance of the entire place was that of a run down business that has not kept up with standards and expectations of what we believe most people like. I would never recommend it to anybody. "

"Bed was uncomfortable. It hurt our backs. The walls are thin and we could easily hear our next door neighbor. There was no coffee pot/coffee in room. There were no hangers to hang up clothes. "
