"Management Company is a bit lacking, seemingly trying to nickle and dime you from the start. And no Christmas decorations! But they did (for the most part) come through in the end. The vrbo was excellent House was clean, warm and cozy, and in a nice neighborhood. Location was minutes from the town, beaches and inlet. Also a nice back yard, with a firepit, unfortunately the weather wasn’t conducive to us using it (snow!) but we did use the fireplace in the livig room Definitely would do this vrbo again! "

"Our family of eight stayed here for 10 days over the holidays, and we truly had the best time together. We laughed, cried, cooked in the fabulous kitchen, took long walks on the snow-filled beach, and created memories we will never forget. The house was perfect for our crewclean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped, with great accommodations for our baby as well. Deb was a wonderful host: warm, responsive, and incredibly informative. We felt welcomed and cared for from start to finish. This home will always hold a special place in our hearts."

"Quaint, quiet, cute, clean & convenient. Owner/manager so very nice & welcoming. We didn't spend much time on the property because we were visiting family in the area, but pool area seemed well maintained & clean. Internet signal was not great so if you have computer work to do it could be an issue for you. This is now our place to stay when visiting!"

"I was skeptical to book because of the lack of reviews and also because I was more familiar with other East End locations that required 2-week stays. With that said, I feel compelled to review our visit.We were a party of 7 adults with a large sweet very well-behaved dog. Important because the dog over a certain tiny size alone can be a real issue but I get it and we are very respectful and clean. I say that because every host that extends themselves to pets deserve respect.We were celebrating my Moms 80th birthday. No room with error there.We needed four separate bedrooms. Mom wanted a pool more so for the family. We wanted to BBQ as a family. A good modern kitchen space with basics was important because one member of the family has Celiac and we wanted some meals at the house.The location was close enough to both Northfork and Southfolk destinations.Everything was exactly as described except (all GOOD):The shared bathroom upstairs was really roomy and luxurious and the pictures don’t do it justice. Two bathrooms even for seven adults worked out wonderfully at this property.The walk-ability to a local coffee shop, little end of street waterfront walks, pub food with music and drinks just added to the relaxed vibe of our stay.There were some beach chairs available without having to pack them.We were greeted each day from a close distance by deer and rabbit and for some a little nature is appreciated.The hosts were responsive, cordial and informative."
