"This was the best accommodation I have ever stayed at in Japan. Think of this less as a hotel and more as an opportunity to stay in their home and connect with the amazing people of Shimanto. I highly recommend waking up at sunrise to surf and then surfing all day. Afterwards I suggest a long run along the beautiful Shimanto river. "
