This place is falling apart. Has black mold. The floors are sticky. Washer and dryer and filthy. Staff wasn’t very friendly.

Had to constant switch rooms due to smell, cleanliness and malfunctions with plumbing. When asked for refund to go to another hotel within 10 minutes of getting there, was told no since I entered the room. The toilet was overflowing when I walked in and funky smell along with questionable people in hallway.

We were traveling from Dallas to Fort Smith. Found this on Expedia at 1 am for $87 total. Very basic room. Perfect for what we wanted. Slept for 6 hours and back on the road. Staff was very friendly. The outside entrance door didn’t have a lock, that was my only complaint. Very convenient location.

The room was dirty when we checked in. The amenities listed on the site that made us book with this motel were not available. No hot tub, no restaraunt and bar(they were closed), no iron, no blow dryer, no microwave. I did request a blow dryer and was provided one but it didn't work. I asked to exchange it and was told they didn't have any more. I'm pretty sure the entire floor was smoking weed because the smell was crazy strong. All in all a bad experience and we will not be going back.

The carpet in rooms needed to be replaced. The toilet did not flush well and had to request additional toilet paper even though staff had cleaned the room. Registration could have been easier especially as rooms were previously reserved.

When we arrived the front office worker was not professional and seemed to not care about work. The hallways were filled with bugs and the bathroom was very dirty. We could hardly sleep due to the noise from other rooms all night.

The rug in the room was dirty. It doesnt matter if its old with a good shampo it will make a great differences. The recepcionist who recieved us was very nice. On my last day I went to get breakfast and at 7am there was nothing only black coffee when I asked the receptionist who wasnt the one who revieved us she told me it doesnt matter if it says till 9am if it runs out thats it.Its the way she said it.I know there renovating but customer service is very important. You dont need to reply to me just give the staff coaching on how to treat tourist.

I found 2 roaches in my room when i got there plus no coffee maker in my room when i was told i would have one. When it was time to checkout and the lady who makes her rounds came to my door and opened it without knocking which was very inappropriate cause we had to yell something for her to understand that i was still there getting our stuff together to leave and didn't get my deposit back either after my stay.

As I arrived I was informed that there was not hot water available. I was going to the gym near by in the morning anyway so id shower there, no big deal. The hallway leading to the room was full of water damaged walls, cracks in the dry wall and mold. 10/10 do not recommend.

The room was clean. There was some trash laying around parking lot. The microwave was missing the turn table. The lamp was missing the knob to turn it on. There was a cover plate missing from a junction box. small hole in bathroom ceiling from a leak. Burn marks in carpet and stains. There is a leak at the front entrance to motel. The positive things are it's not as bad as some places that we have payed more to stay. Place has nice lobby and place has great potential if owner could afford to do minor repairs. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was nice. We didn't see any bugs. We was able to get a smoking room. Place is definitely affordable. All bad things where minor.

The pricing was good but the atmosphere not so much. There was a homeless man that slept in the hallway every night. You can hear the music from the bar downstairs. They say they offer a breakfast but it is just a muffin from the store.

Unfortunately i was unable myself to go but my family did and they said they absolutely loved the room in fact my other son whom they went to visit came over just to use the tub enjoyed it sooo much im jealous i wasmt able to go but since we will be often yraveling yo my sons home yo visut ther i think we will defineyely book the room again thank you for accomadating ill be sure to review on google amd maps positively as well

This had to be one if the worst experiences I've ever had at a hotel i was given room 167 it was awful the walls were filthy the lamp didn't work the baseboards were peeling the rug was moist and it smelled of mold i had to change rooms because of a screaming baby as a result i was moved to room 155 it was a little better but I could hear water dripping onto the ceiling of the bathroom and the carpet next to the bed was sopping wet and the room reaked of mold. Your so called breakfast consists of yougart a muffin and coffee the pool and spa were broken and could not be used. I visited the restaurant and ordered some food the man there walked in just as i entered and smelled of Marijuana. He recieved his lunch from the kitchen and ate his food in front of me while i waited for mine ,the food was decent but my server was more interested in flirting with the staff than taking care of the customers or giving me my bill. When I talked to the staff about the problems they didn't seemed concerned at all about it just a we will talk to maintenance about it no apologies it seems like you have a serious management and staff issue at the days inn you should look into it.

Unique. Roaches, damp and filthy carpet, live in residents with kids screaming all night, piles of cigarette butts outside the doors and no heat. Not to mention management will not give you a refund for the last four nights even though you left after the first. Yes, some lessons are expensive but usihg Expedia, staying at a Days Inn and a Wydham property was a $400 mistake I will not make again. This property is a filthy hole and it's pitiful Expedia even partners with them.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Wow where do i start!!! Crackheads hanging out in the foyer, the poor lady up front was trying to be nice!! Staff was great, the hotel itself needs much improvements!!! First off don't advertise a breakfast when all you have is a muffin and some coffee that was black as oil!!!, one towel and washcloth in the room, the tv sucked bad, the water wasn't hot!! cockroaches in the bathroom, BED WAS CLEAN i checked it GOOD!!! parking lot was dirty!!!, Now we get to the part that was scary the bathroom ceiling fell in while i was in it , this appeared to have already been leaking at some point NEVER EVER WILL I STAY at this place again and i don't recommend that you do either, we went for a nice weekend get away and it was a HOT MESS HERE!!! however the nice guy up front moved us to another room.

Did not have a non-smoking room available even though it was booked online days ahead of time. And the room that was provided reaked of smoke.
