"Would happily stay again, or have stayed longer. Stayed in one of the tents during a severe weather event: tent remained dry and sturdy despite rain and v strong WY winds. It's as-advertised, maybe not "glamping" but a very comfortable tent with a nice view and a deep stream directly in front. Comms were excellent: instructions were clear and they called that day to confirm. They recommend the local store for provisions, but right now that closes @4pm (about the moment I arrived) and opens late mornings, and there is *nothing* else for 15 miles, so I'd suggest you bring with you what you need for the first night and breakfast, at least. "

"I love the mountains. Bear Lodge was disappointing...the room had a broken recliner abd the bed was very uncomfortable. Realizing the resort is just opening up for summertime but property is not being upkept. "

It was everything I could have asked… side note : if you are running in any of the Bighorn races, this stay is right on the finishing route. It is about 3 miles from the finish line (.5 mile from the start line - allows you an easy walk to the start rather than find parking on race morning) Thank you again !"

"The stay at the bunkhouse was everything we expected and more. We spent three days exploring the Big Horn Canyon and other sites and it was a serene place to return to every night. We also were able to see the wild horses that Steve and Nancy love so much. And their horses greeted us every morning as we had a cup of coffee on the porch swing. Their dogs, Rosy and Cool Breeze, greeted us briely every day as well. Maybe sometime we will get to return and take their tour of the wild mustangs. Great stay!"
