"La piscine et le parking sont très bien. En arrivant, la réservation n’avait pas été prise en compte. Les logements étaient très mal équipés. Ils n’ont que très peu de couverts par rapport au nombre de personnes. Les plaques de cuisson ont pris feu et ils n’ont pas réussi à réparer donc nous avons changé de logement. Les logements sont équipés de façon disparat. Certains disposent d’un micro micro-ondes et d’autres non. Les deux nuits que nous avons passé étaient affreuses, car il y avait...

But the manager on duty that night told me “it’s not us, it’s your booking.” Like it was my fault for booking online. That’s a terrible way to talk to your customers."
