"A centrally located B&B/inn in Kenmare with large, clean rooms, a comfy bed, and a large bath. The included breakfast is good as well.
However there were two knocks for me. One, the shower was warm but not hot. And two, and this is my fault, these are rooms above a pub, and on a Saturday night in prime tourist season with live music playing till near midnight, and street noise as well, I did not get a good night’s sleep. I knew that was a risk but there were few options in town booking last minute as I did.
If you want a quiet stay, then this may not be the place for you even though the rooms themselves are great. But if you are going to be in the pub yourself listening to that live music til midnight then this is great, you just to make it back upstairs afterwards.
