WATERFRONT condo at the SHAWNIGAN BEACH RESORT. This terrific 2 bedroom ground floor unit offers easy access to the SANDY BEACH and beautifully landscaped 6 acre waterfront property. A great floor plan with open living, dining and kitchen. Recent updates include a newer kitchen and bathroom with granite counter tops, flooring, natural gas fireplace, fixtures and paint. Queen Size bed plus bunk bed and queen size pull out couch. Gorgeous water views from the private covered patio which is perfect for entertaining, family BBQ's or quiet enjoyment in the sun. This recreation property offers plenty of sun drenched waterfront with a private swim area, boat launch & moorage, indoor pool, pickle ball and tennis court, volleyball and frisbee/ golf course. Bring your racquets, running shoes and swim gear. For indoor entertainment there is DVD player, Internet, Board Games and books. No TV. No pets allowed and No Smoking. Only 45 minutes to Victoria. Week at the lake

Groundfloor unit makes easy access to lake, grassy foreshore, parking, playground and other amenities. Numerous tables,seats and umbrellas on the lawn for anyone to access. Delayed check-in, owner thought we were coming following day. Unit tidy but not very clean. Owner said she would review standards with cleaning staff.

Fabulous lake side holiday

The condo is exactly as described. It's a fabulous location on the lake. Between the beach, swimming dock with diving board and slide, and a dock to moor the boat, we couldn't have been happier. Lots of space for the kids to play outside. Highly recommend this to families or couples.

Beautiful lake life

Beautiful property, fun and relaxing. Only one demerit. Unknown to us painters came to paint the outside of the building. They were a bit disruptive. But I would reccomend the property.
