「The house, as depicted on the internet, arrived from California on a one-week business trip. Consequently, I sought accommodation. However, the property’s cleanliness was unsatisfactory. The shower exhibited scum, spider webs were prevalent, and the floor was unkempt. Notably, I observed a few ants, which I promptly eliminated using the cleaning products left behind. Unfortunately, this action resulted in the clogging of the sink. Fortunately, the owner responded promptly and had the issue...

「We visited for 2 nights for a baseball tournament at the Field of Dreams. The kids loved the backyard to play in and the space they had to spread out. The beds were very comfortable and the host was very quick to respond to any questions. She left extra goodies for the kids and offered suggestions of places to go in the area. Will definitely rent again if we come to the area.」

「I’m not sure why this is an acceptable VRBO property. We checked in but could not stay here, so we contacted VRBO Customer Service to cancel. The exterior of the property is very dilapidated. The air conditioning was not working. The entire place had a musty smell, the kitchen appliances were dirty, the basement was locked, there weren’t enough dishes and utensils for 8 people, and the exterior patio door was inoperable.」
