宿泊初日はお湯が出ませんでした。タクシーを呼んで欲しいと言っても、リムジンバスを頼んでと言われ、30米ドル現金で払えと言われ払いました。施設はいいと思いますがスタッフのサービスはイマイチでした。

シーヴューの部屋は絶景でした。一階だったのですが、バルコニーからそのまま紅海にも行けます。タクシーに乗らないとどこにも行けませんが、タクシー専用のカウンターがあり、戻りのタクシーも電話なりショートメールなりですぐに来ます。私は半日チャーターして聖カトリーナまで行きました。150ドルでした。

We thoroughly enjoyed the stunning ocean view from our 2 family rooms, which made our stay truly memorable. The rooms were impeccably clean, and we greatly appreciated the attention to detail. Dining was a highlight – the food was excellent, with delicious barbecue served daily! That said, we feel the rooms could benefit from some modern updates. The hotel itself exudes elegance and an old-world charm, and refreshing the interiors would only enhance this experience for guests. The lounge and seating areas near the entrance were immaculate and beautifully maintained, adding to the overall welcoming atmosphere.

Nice room condition except bathroom. Water goes out everywhere from the bathtub. And the pool was too cold (not heated water). Its okay to stay one night cuz the view from the room was super nice however breakfast was awful.

Holiday at Shetaton

We were expecting a lot of more from a Sheraton... Our time was good thanks to the staff, since the facilities are not at the best shape. The buffet is in general just average, despite having paid the "all inclusive" no many options. It is questionable for a big brand name, still being using single-use plastic, specially for cutlery at the restaurant and at the beach, when there are many eco-friendly alternatives.

GOOD: Breakfast was good (perhaps the only thing I like there). NOT GOOD: Well to start with, the room were in bad shape & very old. The room doors were getting stuck on the floor. In one room, there was no heating & when I asked for it, they bought an electric heater which was as good as nothing. Some lights in the room were not working. There is also no shuttle between the hotel & Naima bay (considering that its in a isolated area, I would highly recommend that the hotel needs to arrange this). Also, in the other hotels I stayed before, both were providing free shuttle bus to Naima bay.

Verkommen zum schlechten All-inclusive Hotel

Dieses Hotel ist voll auf all-inclusive ausgerichtet, die hohen Zimmerpreise welche Individualtouristen bezahlen wirken sich leider nicht auf die Behandlung von "nicht Bändchenträgern" aus. Die Getränke sind teuer (lokales Bier ca. 4 Euro) und gepanscht (Whiskey schmeckt wie Anisschnaps, Wodka wie selbstgebrannter, angeblich sei es finlandia. Manche Getränke, wie Bier in Glasflaschen werden einem Verwehrt mit dem Hinweis das sei exclusiv für die Allinclusiv Gäste etc etc. Der Poolbillard steht total schief, qeues sind defekt, keine kreide, Trotzdem will man hier pro halbe stunde ca 4 euro abrechnen. Bra hotell

I'd recommend it for couples/family/friend groups vacations. Clean & spacious rooms. Friendly staff & helpful. The breakfast buffet is above average. The pool is kinda small, considering the size of the hotel. You can't swim at the beach (because of the coral reefs, & apparently I was the only one who didn't know), but you can swim, snorkel or dive at a dock by the beach. Diving & snorkel tools cost extra. The bar is way overpriced.

Dårlige ting? Det er ikke detachable dusj i baderommet. Det er kyst/ beach pga coral reefs. Man kan bade fritt i bassengen bare. Putene er veldig harde. Elleres kunne hotellet få 5 stjerner.

Taxi service is a scam from front desk and bell hops. I had to call the manager Waheed to get a regular taxi which only costs 400 EGP compared to the scam of no taxis available so must take limousine for 1000 EGP. How can a Sheraton not have available taxis?

The hotel is aged and short staffed. Beware of the 3rd party taxi service in the hotel - outright con artists. The hotel rooms are spacious albeit the bathrooms outdated.
