「Die Anlage ist sauber und gepflegt. Vor allem hat man eine große Auswahl an Pools, wo man immer ein ruhiges Plätzchen finden kann. Auch mein Zimmer wurde regelmässig gereinigt. Leider hat das Bad eine Regendusche, die aber direkt vor der Toilette hängt. Somit wird das ganze Bad zur "Dusche" und ich konnte nur mit Flip Flops duschen.
Ansonsten ist das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Preis/Leistung stimmt und das Essen auch.」

「Staff is very friendly but they did not fix issues when requested, shower wouldn’t drain, wasn’t repaired for the week we were there. Water not potable but no bottled water provided on arrival. Breakfast ok but don’t waste your money on the dinner - just awful. Nice beach a few steps away.」

「The hotel is under construction while they sell online rooms. We booked on 29th of May and till 5th July they did not even inform us regarding the fact that they will not provide accomondation. We reached the hotel after our reservation driving 1 hour from Rethymno town and they did not even apologize for not having an available room for our reservation.」

「Nice all-inclusive hotel but room was very warm upon arrival because the air conditioning only works with the key card. Spa was okay but not up to American standards so I would find another. The 100 credit was nice to use in the spa but does not work for the store. Very family friendly so prepare for kids around. Finally, although there are 5 pools, only 2 are available for normal guests.」
