"The apartment was very nice and the staff accommodating. We had a loud guest above us on our first night, and the staff immediately gave us a top floor room, no fuss at all. It automatically dispenses soap and even after washing out clothes a few times after it stank of the soap smell very strongly. It gave my wife a headache and eyes watered. We could not believe we could not get that strong soap smell out. My wife almost threw away her clothes that she has washed there. Again don’t use their onsite...

"Ron and Eileen were there to meet us on arrival, the welcome bottle of wine was a lovely gesture. From the very start of our stay our hosts were very attentive, from offering to go the pharmacy (I was poorly first couple of days) to giving us great advice on where to go and what beaches to visit. "Absolutely a beautiful hotel with great service. We enjoyed our balcony facing Lake Geneva and would eat breakfast and relax on it. It’s located in a great area with many wonderful restaurants. The bed was very comfortable and we really liked the air conditioning as other hotels we’ve stayed in Switzerland did not. Overall a A + experience and we’ll be back. "
