"So much positive things to say about this hotel I came to check in and I have forgotten my ID and I was hours away from my house. I have my confirmation number picture of my ID my password and everything a Hotel will require. The staff was not understanding at all I know the ID is required but sometimes people can forget stuff. I spoke to The Manager and apologize and show her everything I had she was so so so so nice and lovely and had me check in with my picture ID. Thank you so much that made me happy and I will always go back there every year twice and I’m looking forward to come back again. Antonio is great. I love her so much. She’s so nice every time I wanna get check-in. I would love to get check-in by her. She is so welcomed and sweet and we do everything for you to be satisfied with your check-in. I love this hotel and I’m always going to bring friends and family to experience this amazing hotel with waterpark."
