"Location was good, but needed better directions there. ENTRANCE IS BETWEEN A cafe shop and Post office. This would have been helpful."

"Arrived hereoretty late and nobody picked up the phone to let us in. Eventually tracked down someone and they said it was full. I showed the reservation and they said they did not do third part bookings They saw that the price I paid was noticeably lower than thir rates and laughed in my face and left me to go fend for myself and find another spot last minute. "magical house that feel like museum with lots of historical items. the host was very welcoming and kind that helped us with everything we needed. the place is located in small peaceful village that is 5 minutes drive to Veliko Tornovo. we ordered the home cooked breakfast every day and it was cooked by our needs and demands just like we wanted. to summarize its an grate place, excellent host and amazing overall experience"

Friendly feeling, cozy home vibe that recharged our batteries. Owner and housekeeper so friendly that we would come back definately!"

"The receptionist was excellent. As a foreigner, her welcome and kindness was above and beyond, thank you kindly. The rest of the staff were also amazing. I will never forget the woman at breakfast bringing me Mikitsi with icing sugar, and telling me eat…eat, so personal and sweet. The spa is included, except for the turkish bath, and it was clean and refreshing after a long day of travelling. The hottub could of been a little hotter and with more jets, but nevertheless good enough. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and when I return i will stay here again without a heartbeat!! "
