The building´s main entrance is on the bustling, pedestrian and popular San Jacinto street. Inside, the apartment faces a traditional and always quiet and calm Andalucian patio.This oustanding apartment is located in one of the most valued and renowned areas of Sevilla, the popular as well as exclusive neighborhood of Triana. Just a few minutes’ walk from the Cathedral and the majestic Giralda tower. All of Seville’s well known monuments and city attractions can be accessed within 10-15 minutes. This is a newly renovated four-piece apartment, comprising one bedroom and one spacious living-room, full kitchen and little studio area, complete bathroom, and dining area. The unit is part of a small and extremely quiet complex of eight apartments in a charming Andalucian patio on one of the few and charming pedestrian streets in Sevilla: San Jacinto.

The apartment is decorated in a modern style and furnished with comfortable and functional pieces. All utilities are included: air conditioning, electricity, gas, heating and wi-fi. The bedroom has a king-size bed that can be trasnformed in two singles . And up to 2 more guests can be accommodated in the sofa bed in the living room.

The kitchen is fitted with all necessary appliances and equipped with kitchenware and cooking and serving utensils. The bathroom comprises a bathtub and shower, toilet, bidet and hand basin. A washing machine, ironing equipment, and bed linen and towels are also included.

The apartment is fully cleaned at changeover, but added cleaning of linen and towels can be arranged on demand for longer period stays.On arrival, owner will meet travellers, handle keys, and explain how everything works, as well as general overview of local amenities, places to visit, shopping areas, and other useful recommendations.

Great apartment and location!

Active neighborhood, yet quiet apartment.

The apartment is on an active pedestrian street with lots of restaurants with outdoor and indoor seating, and lots of shops. There is a convenient parking garage across the street. The apartment is a pretty garden courtyard away from the noise, so we slept well. It had all the amenities we needed, including a clothes washer. The owner was very friendly and accommodated our check-in time. We were able to walk to all of the museums, gardens, and other attractions of interest.
