気になった点 : 清潔度、施設のコンディションと設備
Our room was dirty on arrival, the patio door to the terrace was broken and wouldn't open and there were stains on the carpet at the door to our room. The bathroom floor was dirty as was the door around the shower. We reported this to staff and requested a room change. The next room offered was worse and even the staff couldnt open the patio door on that room either. The third room was marginally better than the others but still not clean but we were assured that cleaning staff would "do a better job" the next day - that didnt happen. Seville is a beatiful city, steeped in history but i would not recommend that you stay here. Most, but not all staff seemed disinterested and disengaged and to be honest had given up. The hotel did not deliver on expectation or, as advertised, and this was really disappointing and tainted our holiday. This was a birthday gift for my wife and the hotel were aware but apparently couldn't have cared less. I gave the benefit of the doubt and an opportunity for the hotel to rectify but they didn't. I would not recommend this hotel for a trip to Seville.
