カテドルの目の前にある好立地。まわりには深夜まで開いているレストラン、バルが多数あり、夏祭りの夜のような良い雰囲気。部屋の広さはグレードによって異なる。カテドルビューの広い部屋は素敵だと思う。デザイナーズホテル。備品などにもこだわりを感じる。私の部屋は狭くバスタブのない部屋。窓はあるが、すぐ隣の建物の窓と隣接するためお洒落な屋根裏部屋のようだった。そのため、外は40度近い温度だったが、部屋内は夜非常に寒いくらいで、上着を着て眠った。クローゼットはない部屋で、部屋の隅にレールがありそこに服をかける、スーツケースを置くスペースもないのでご注意を。スタッフは愛想もサービスも非常に良い。洗練されている。レストラン、屋上バーも洗練されている。

抜群の立地とスタッフがフレンドリーな都会的ホテル

カテドラルの近くで、抜群のロケーションにあります。非常にオシャレで、スタッフもびっくりするくらいの美人揃いです。しかもフレンドリーで親切！客室は清潔でアメニティも充実していて、都会的です。ヨーロッパの古風なホテルを期待している人には向いてないかもしれませんが。朝食はヨーロッパの主要ホテルと同等の種類があり、とても美味しく、卵料理は希望に合わせて作ってくれて、20ユーロでした。また利用したいと思います。

世界遺産ビューのホテル

カテドラル側の部屋にしましたが、部屋から目の前にカテドラルを一望でき非常によいロケーションでした。カテドラルからも近いので便利です。ただ、部屋はちょっと狭かったです。場所が場所なので仕方ないと思いますが。

狭い！

1泊￥25000位でしたが　とにかく部屋が狭い！そのうえトイレのドアが　ガラスなので　何をしているか相手はベットにいながらにして　わかってしまいます。ですから　女友達2人でも　恥ずかしいから　ロビーのトイレまで行く事になるでしょう。　私ども熟年夫婦でもいいものではありません。立地　朝食は　云う事ありません。スタッフも親切です。

立地条件最高、運営方法は傾首

立地条件の良さで２泊を決めた。初日は壁ビユーの窮屈に感じる部屋に通された。夕食にレストランに降りて行くとレセプターが近付いてきて満足度を聞いてきた。率直にこれが５星ホテルかと言ってやった。すると直ぐに部屋を替える事が出来ると言いだしたが、荷物も解いた事だし面倒だってので明日の変更でＯＫと返事した。翌日朝食を取っていると・・・なかなか良いセンスのレストラン、料理の盛り付けも行けてる・・・主任らしいしっかりした感じの女性が近付き午後１１時に変更するので荷物の整理をアドバイスした。周辺の午前の散策を終えて帰ると新しい部屋が用意されていた。カテドラルの塔が目に飛び飛んでくる好展望と洒落たインテリア、そのレイアウト、広々とした空間を誇らしげに案内した。テーブル上には、初日十分な部屋を提供出来なかった詫び文草草が置かれたあった。初日の部屋割は変更後の良い部屋を引き立たせるside dishの様な感じで、我々の思考回路とは聊か相入れないと思った。然し乍全般的にスタッフは親切で良く訓練されていた。建物は元邸宅を転換したもので往時の裕福層の経済力を垣間見る思いだった。

また是非訪れたい！

初めてのセビーリャでしたので、利便性を重要視して選びました。どこへでも歩いていくことができ、また、夜も比較的安全なエリアだと言ってよいかと思います。街中を回る際は、シエスタが長いのでお昼を食べた後、休憩しに一度戻ったりもしていました。ホテルも皆さんとてもフレンドリーで部屋も素敵。内装やベッド、アメニティに至るまで、気遣いが感じられました。また、朝食のバリエーションも豊富で満足です。快適度を４にしたのは、日差しを遮る為の雨戸（？）が大きく開けることができず部屋が暗いのと、デザイン性を重視しているため一部使い勝手が悪いのは否めないためです。それでも快適度は高いと思いますので、次回もまた是非泊まりたいです。

５つ星！？

おしゃれなホテルでしたが，なぜ５つ星なのか？部屋の電気がうまくつかなかったり，シャワーブースの水があふれてきたり，居心地がいい感じはしませんでした。またスタッフの対応も悪くはなかったのですが，若い人が多く，細やかな気配りが出来ているという感じではありませんでした。

ABSOLUTE WORST HOTEL WE HAVE EVER BEEN AT EME needs to be exposed for what they are - an absolute scam. This hotel is IN NO WAY a 5 star hotel and the hotel marketing themselves as this is completely false advertising. This hotel provides incredibly poor rooms that feel like you’re staying in a warehouse, the rooms are not maintained, there is inconsistent water temperature making it impossible to shower or even wash your hands at times, and they have old furniture that should be in a motel. One of the major issues is the water temperature continued to come out scalding burning hot. My wife was in the shower and screamed as the water was scalding hot. The tub was clogged so the water was pooling at the bottom of the tub. No matter which way the thermostat valve was set the water was scalding hot. The front desk said it was a problem with the whole building. The doorman came up to our room and I showed him the problems with the sink. He stated he had been working at the hotel for one year and he HAS BEEN TELLING MANAGEMENT FOR THE PAST YEAR CUSTOMERS HAVE BEEN HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THEIR HOT WATER however they still have not done anything about it. We emailed the director of the hotel and were not even given an apology. We were just told the accommodations during our stay were satisfactory. This was absolutely not the case for so many reasons listed above. The director had a complete lack of empathy and offered no solutions. Ownership clearly needs a new director.

Amazing service and the people there will go the extra mile to make the guest happy, location is prime. It’s really in the center of all the attraction which comes with noise, but will save you a lot of commutes

Such a stunning location in the heart of the action in Sevilla - directly opposite one of the most beautiful buildings the Cathedral of Saville. The staff were extremely friendly and polite and spoke great English, which was great as my Spanish is non existent. Would love to visit again

The stay was spectacular, the staff made us feel welcome. The location, the view, and the convenience to tourist sites were all amazing. The management, especially Laura, was spectacularly friendly and extremely attentive to detail.

Wonderful service, the staff was very attentive. The property is perfectly located and the design and services of the hotel make all the experience wonderful. Really recommend it if staying in Seville for a few days.
