We are Located just minutes off the freeway in a beautiful rural location right next to all ATV and and Bike trails. Our Rustic Studio Apartment is in close proximity to many Adventures such as Hiking - National Parks, Fishing - Bike Trails - Hunting - White Water River Rafting - Golf - River Floats. - Zip Lining - Hot Springs - Historical Museums - Horse Back Riding - ATV Rentals - Snow Skiing/Snow Boarding, Movie Theaters - Miniature Golf - National Parks, and much much more. The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Leave all bedding on beds and towels in the bathroom.
Take out all trash from inside and outside of the Studio and dump it in the outside trash bin in the parking lot.
Turn off the air conditioning units and all lights.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please be respectful to surrounding Home Owner properties. Keep all pets on a leash and attended to on the property at all times.
Never leave Children or Pets unattended.
If you are boarding horses in the Equine stables during your visit; you MUST clean your horses stalls and feed your horses, at least twice a day.

Relaxation Deluxe

This was so perfect for our little new year get away. We had such a great time, beautiful view and our dogs were welcome. We are so excited to plan on going back in better weather to enjoy all that the property offers and the area as well. The Lodge on the property looks like an amazing way to vacation with our family this summer too!!!

Very serene and beautiful view

My husband and I and our dog were passing through to Colorado and this was the perfect stay for the night. I enjoyed having a glass of wine on the deck in the evening while looking at the mountains. My dog was able to run around and get some exercise. We made dinner there and had everything we needed to prepare it. The bed was comfortable. The host was wonderful and responded very quickly to our questions. We will definitely stay again!

Perfect place for relaxation and nature

We love this property. This is our second stay here and we have decided we Must make this at least annually. The accommodation is so clean, spacious easy for the cook in me and such a beautiful view from the upstairs deck. So peaceful….we love it here and the host is such a wonderful person to communicate with 👍👍👍

We enjoyed staying at your place, you have everything anybody would need while staying there. The only thing was the stair they didn’t feel safe going up and down. But over all we had a good stay. I would recommend it to everybody. Thank you

A Cute little spot in the country

We needed a private space and this was perfect. It was clean, warm and it had a nice view. We will stay there again.
