「To start, the room wasn't ready by the appointed time so we had to wait half an hour for them to finish cleaning. The washer and dryer had been removed so we didn't have any laundry facilities for our 6 night stay. We didn't have any towels at all until the following morning. There was also no kettle, paper towels, pots, tea towels, dish cloths or cleaning products. The flat wear, utensils, sheets and hand towels were of the cheapest quality, I actually went out and bought our own linens to use...

「It was far from the “Perfect Studio” Bedding was not clean, full of stains and the comforter was old and very used. Cupboard doors were all broken. There were dirty towels hanging in the bathroom when we arrived. No hand soap the bottle was empty and the shampoo bottles were broken. Couch was stained and had hair everywhere. Needless to say we left and never stayed the night. Very disappointed. We have put in a claim for a refund. We have yet to have received one. 」

「We arrived at the location on our reserved date and time. With no instructions on how to access the unit, we contacted the host only to receive an email stating that our reservation had been cancelled, without prior notification. We were stuck having to find a new place to stay at 8 pm. Will not look to rent from this host again.」

「We stayed for 4 nights with our 3 children and had a great experience! Close to the ski hills and grocery store. Kids enjoyed the pool and games room. The room itself had everything we needed.」

「The Oasis Spa Getaway was a fantastic two night stay for my partner and I. The property was clean, modern and cozy! The unit had everything a couple needs for their stay including a sauna within the unit and a beautiful balcony. The host Michelle provided exceptional hospitality and was easy to connect with when needed. The location is great and only a short walk to the boardwalk and a quick two minute drive to the Nest golf course. The building’s pool was easy to access, quiet, and relaxing....
