The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, blackout curtains are perfect for a good nights sleep, a flat-screen TV, an en-suite bathroom, and direct ocean and beach views. The second bedroom offers two twin beds (convertible to a king), a flat-screen TV, and easy access to the full guest bathroom.

The bright, coastal-inspired living area provides panoramic water views and a flat-panel TV—perfect for unwinding after a beach day. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size appliances, both Keurig and drip coffee makers, and all cookware, dishware, and essentials needed for comfortable cooking. An in-unit safe keeps valuables secure.
To make beach days easy, the condo is stocked with four beach chairs and a cooler, ideal for visits to Governor’s Beach, Public Beach, or Smith’s Cove.
A convenient starter supply pack is provided, including toiletries, paper goods, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, plus plush bath and beach towels.

Policies
The condo is non-smoking, pet-free, and no parties or events are permitted. The primary renter must be 21+, and quiet hours are observed from 10 PM–8 AM. The unit is located on the second floor (stairs only, no elevator). Complimentary parking is provided.
Travel insurance is recommended for added peace of mind when visiting Grand Cayman.
BEACH NOTE: While storms have reshaped parts of the shoreline, Regal Beach Club still offers the ultimate Caribbean escape with direct pool-deck stair access to the turquoise sea.
