We had a great week in Grand Cayman calling Island Pine Villa 32 our home. Great central location. Condo is steps away from the beach and kids loved having a pool as well as the ocean to play in. Condo was as described, had everything we needed!

The property was easy to find and convenient for the transfer of luggage from the cab we'd taken at the airport. It was exactly as depicted in the photos and according to the information I received in answer to my questions. All communications, both prior and during our stay were clear and prompt. Being directly on the beach was fantastic, and it was only a short walk to restaurants and or a great grocery store, Foster's. We plan to return.

We had the best time. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Beach chairs, umbrella, noodles, beach cooler, etc.we enjoyed the most incredible sunsets and water was calm and crystal clear. Checking in and checking out was a breeze and the host was always easy to contact.the kids really enjoyed staying in the loft (secret room). We are looking forward to returning thank you!

Our family of 5 loved staying at this property. Just steps from the beach and surrounded by shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk, the location is great. The condo has all you need to enjoy the beach or the pool. My 9 and 11 year old loved the upstairs room, it was just their size. Everything was comfortable and clean. The host was very communicative and helpful. We would certainly come back!

I have rated this place overall 5stars due to the location, condition and price point at this particular island. This was the first time I stayed at the Cayman Islands and anything on 7 mile beach is typically a minimum of 1000 a night for any of the resorts along the main beach stretch. Considering the price of this condo and its near vicinity to seven Mile Beach, arguably still considered 7 mile beach, but there is ocean retaining wall that prevents you from reaching the main 7 mile beach stretch unless you walk in the water or walk around onto the street. As this is a private residence in most aspects with some other rentals it was relatively quiet on the premises and one the beach as it does not get foot traffic from people outside the villas close by. Location was ideal to large grocery store & multiple restaurants within walking distance. My spouse initially was not impressed with the external aesthetics of the bldg in general as it is an older building but inside condo 32 it was nicely appointed with modern looking updates and comfortable all around.If I wanted to get nitpicky about a couple of things some of the nonstick cookware, such as the griddle is well used not really nonstick anymore and very warped. Also the silverware it was very cheap stamped silverware which that itself is not the issue, but since it’s stamped, it had relatively sharp edges on the silver silverware, which did not make it comfortable to use. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our time on Seven Mile Beach at this property. It's a great location to shops and restaurants and the walkway to Camana Bay was really pleasant and easy. And of course the beautiful beach. We loved it and were sad to leave.

Overall great stay! Love staying at Island Pines every time we come to Grand Cayman. Unit 32 has a great set up. Clean and had most of everything that we needed. Enjoyed our time and would recommend staying there in the future.

This was an ideal location for our stay. We had a small private beach with cabanas and crystal clear water. On cruise ship days people are at the Beach Club next door but it never felt overcrowded. The walking path to Camana Bay was right in front of the Condo. Inside condo had everything you could ask for. Was very clean and would love to come back!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property is very comfortable and has everything you need. A great value for what you get! Close to shopping, ice cream, etc. Very close to amazing beaches. Water shoes and caution a must for using the beach directly at the condo with small children, but world class beaches abound on this little island. Courteous and timely responses from the owners. Clean and cozy, loved the owners book and movie collection. Kids (8 &10) fell asleep on our laps watching ET after a long day at the beach and a great meal - a priceless moment. Thank you so much for an amazing family vacation!

We spent two weeks there from 1 - 15 June 2024 and the condo was simply awesome. We lacked for nothing and the location was perfect. It is in the center of Seven Mile Beach and close to Camana Bay. The only thing missing is us still being there to enjoy scuba diving and Cayman. Thank you for hosting us for a great family vacation. Keith, Keline, Mark, and Deanna

I’m astounded that the upstairs loft being a fire hazard has not yet been mentioned by anyone. There’s no windows for escape from the loft in case of fire except by the narrow staircase only if the fire is not nearing the staircase. Any parent who sends their children to sleep in this upstairs loft may regret this choice if a fire breaks out downstairs. Also paid a cleaning fee and then was asked to clean out the refrigerator, empty and take out the trash, and wash a load of towels if possible. The filth in the upstairs shower disgusted us. I have pictures of what looks like black mold along the wall of the shower and the black mold or filth on the bottom corner of the inside of the shower. The space inside the upstairs shower is not for an adult although the listing does say if you’re taller than 5’7” you might be more comfortable using downstairs shower. I think it should have said 5’2” as you can’t lift your arms and wash your hair without squatting down the whole time as my husband and I had to do. My husband hit and scraped his head every day upstairs. Also the listing doesn’t mention that your view out on the patio is of a huge concrete parking lot of an abandoned building. Our whole party of 4 adults were disappointed and disgusted with this place.

Great location. It’s in the middle of everything. Easy access to great restaurants. We went directly across the street to Camana Bay and watched the sunrise. The beach access to the villas was so easy. Not crowded at all. We felt very safe at night walking to the different restaurants. We will definitely go back.

I can’t say enough positive things about our first trip to Cayman Islands from the well appointed condo, to the communication with the owner, location of the condo to beach and restaurants, friendly neighbors, and locals, everything was truly great!! Highly recommend the stingray city tour, turtle center, and snorkeling at the beach in front of condo. So amazing!! Thank you for sharing your condo with us so we could experience a piece of paradise! We hope to come back soon!!!

We stayed one week at the end of February 2024. Everything was good. We liked this apartment, it was clean and closed to the beach. We rented a car and parked it near the villas( free) Only one thing I didn’t like: there are no beach chairs belong to the villas on the beach and you will need to take the chairs all time when you will go to the beach, but it was like extra exercises for us. Thank you to Mike for hosting and hope to come back again.

Perfect for what we paid(just 2 of us). It was our first time in GC and didn’t know what to expect. The condo was located in a great area, very close to Camana Bay and other local restaurants. We were able to walk around at night and feel safe as well. The beach in front of the complex was in bad shape due to a storm that came through earlier, but you only have to walk a couple of blocks to relax at a very beautiful part of Seven Mile Beach. We also rented a car(highly recommend) to see the rest of the island. We have been to 9 different islands and I have to say this is our favorite overall!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property was well maintained and equipped with all you could need. So nice to have beach chairs and "toys". Mikki was extremely helpful in making restaurant recommendations, and answering all our questions to help us with our first time visit. And it won't be our last, we"ll be back! The location is close to restaurants, grocerys, shopping, and right on the beach. The condo was a good size, and the upstairs loft is the perfect size for children. Thank you for making our first visit to Grand Cayman so great!

We had a group of six adults, & this property was great! The upstairs loft does have a shorter shower head due to the sloped ceiling, but we were told about this in advance. With 3 couples, we pushed the twin beds together in the upstairs room & used the pullout couch along with the master bedroom. There were plenty of supplies at the property (towels, beach towels, beach chairs, soft-sided cooler, kitchen supplies, etc.) & having in-house laundry was amazing. The ice maker was a little slower than our Wisconsin alcohol consumption, but the location is very close to a gas station for ice. Also Fosters grocery store is very nice. Bring your own bags if you don’t want to pay for bags. Note the exchange rate so you’re not surprised when the USD charge is higher. The beach was very nice, & we were happy to have seen a tip to bring water shoes. It gets rocky immediately when getting into the ocean on this stretch of beach. Some properties in this area have no beach, so we were very happy to have a beachfront yet (storms a few years ago displaced a lot of sand). With lots of public beach access, you can also walk north on West Bay Road for maybe 1/2 mile where it’s much less rocky in the water. The island is very safe, so walking is not an issue. We also walked to nearby restaurants. The property has a nice front & back patio, & we also used the grill by the pool (buy charcoal). The host was very responsive & easy to work with. I would definitely stay here again.
