Beach Condo with Sunset Views

This renovated top floor unit offers stunning views of both the Caribbean Sea from your substantial private balcony and the pool area from the balcony or the side window. This unit has been professionally finished with luxury and elegance, including therapeutic walk-in shower, high end appliances and zoned air conditioning.

The modern kitchen has stone counters, wood cabinetry, professional series Frigidaire kitchen appliances. Includes induction stove, french door refrigerator with water filter and ice maker, dishwasher, Keurig, and drip coffee machines, toaster, electric kettle and all the cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal.

We provide towels, beach towels, extra pillows and linens, shampoo and soap.

The unit has been decked out with a great entertainment system including a 65" flat screen television, fiber optic cable / internet circuit with HD and premium channels and Wi-Fi coverage. There is a 55" smart TV in the main bedroom and a 32" smart TV in the guest room.

The condo is located at the exquisite Sunset Cove resort style condo complex on the world famous Seven Mile beach in Grand Cayman. We have large pool with swim up bar, on-site restaurant.

The resort offers many great amenities. The west facing beach area is great for watching the sun set over the ocean. The soft white sands lead you into the cove area where a man-made rock wall form a protective barrier allowing for gentler ocean swimming and snorkeling. For the adventurous types, swim beyond the cove area to discover a natural coral reef for your snorkeling pleasure.

After your ocean dip, why not chill out in the large pool with a swim up bar to the on-site "Lazy Lizard" restaurant. The large pool also has a mini lazy river, a waterfall, a shallow "kiddie pool" area for families with young children and a hot tub.

Other on site-facilities include a BBQ area, plenty of lounge chairs and beach umbrellas.

Whilst vacationing in Cayman, I will be more than happy to help you in any way we can. I am local here so know all the best spots and activities to check out to make your stay more enjoyable.

Our place is ideally located on Seven Mile beach which is the hub for entertainment, restaurants and activities in Grand Cayman. We are situated within walking distance to Camana Bay, Georgetown, the top restaurants, a large grocery store, tour operators and several dive shops nearby and of course the beach.

If you choose to venture out further, you can either rent a car or have a taxi pick you up at the doorstep. Alternatively there is public transportation on our road, West Bay road that travels along the Seven Mile Beach strip. If you are taking part in an organized tour, most tour operators will have door to door transportation.

The condo uses a key-less entry system so you don't need to worry about carrying keys around. It will be programmed with your unique code for during your stay.

There is also security guards on premises and CCTV.

This is a fantastic property. The condo is very well equipped and large enough for our family of five to not be on top of each other. Bill provides a ton of outdoor toys for the beach and pool. The property is amazing the snorkeling outside the lagoon is great and the pool with the bar/restaurant is outstanding. We walked to dinner every night and loved XQs the most! We also dive with Living the Dream (outstanding) and did the stingray tour with captain marvin (also great). Highly recommend this condo.

Girls Trip

We spent 5 nights at this wonderful condo. It was everything we wanted it to be. Very comfortable and so well stocked with everything you might need. We were able to walk to many places, and it was easy to get a cab for the others. Bill was the best! He gave prompt answers and great recommendations. Would stay here again!

Our stay at this beautiful Cayman Islands property was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spotless and well-maintained the space was. It’s clear the owners take great pride in providing an inviting and clean environment for their guests.The villa is stocked with everything you could possibly need – from a fully equipped kitchen to beach gear for the perfect day by the water. The snorkeling at Sunset Cove was great. The highlight, however, was the breathtaking view. Waking up to the turquoise waters and enjoying sunsets from the balcony was pure magic. Whether we were lounging by the pool or enjoying a meal outside, the scenery never got old.

Great condo and owner

Wonderful trip. Owner was so on it. Needed pillows . He brought us some. Awesome couch. Great view. Bed was good. No pains. Set up well. Had about everything we needed for our stay. I use my own shampoo etc. Im a stylist. . He had it all there. Dish soap. Towels.. Well stocked and a cute condo. . . I will rent from him again. . Thank you

Wonderful

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very nice and well stocked with beach toys, snorkel gear, sunscreen, bug spray, even coffee for our first morning. The view was great…can see the ocean and beach. Bed was comfortable, very clean place, nice kitchen, couch, etc. Third floor was nice with extra ceiling height. Location was great too…can walk to restaurants. Will be back.

The condo provided all the amenities we needed. The patio view of the ocean and pool were spectacular. The pool and swim up bar were great. Great Views and Well Equipped Condo

Bill was a fantastic host, and the condo was well-equipped. The kitchen had everything you needed, and we were comfortable in the living area. The photos are a legitimate representation of the unit. We appreciated that even sunblock and snorkeling equipment were available for use. The pool was never crowded, and the proximity to the beach was terrific. I will say the bed in the primary bedroom was way too soft for us - especially my husband so it is something to consider if you have back issues. There were also some minor things that I did share with Bill that could use a refresher, like the beach towels. The location is next to an empty hotel (apparently bought by Hyatt), and access to the condos was off a parking lot. Given how expensive the island is, we found the condo to be an excellent value for the price. Taxis can be costly, but a lot is walkable from the condo, which is convenient. Thank you.

Spacious and clean

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Communication with the host was excellent, the apartment had more than enough room for all 5 of us, and the property facilities were great. Everyone enjoyed swimming in the pool, hot tub and grotto. Access to transit was easy and there were enough restaurants close by that we didn’t need to go far when we wanted to eat out. The grocery store was an easy 15 minute walk down the road. Andy’s car rental is a 5 minute walk, so that made our car rental for a one day excursion very convenient. Thanks for making our time in Grand Cayman enjoyable!

Perfect location!

This condo was in the perfect location with the most beautiful views! The condo fit our family of 5 perfectly- 3 kids ages 6-11. It had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook meals. Simply Amazing!!

Wow what an amazing stay we had!! Bill was a wonderful host who answered questions quickly. The view is absolutely stunning!!! This complex has a swim up bar with great food and drinks and friendly staff. The condo was wonderfully decorated and super clean!! Wonderful condo

Just left here and I have to say, it was an absolutely amazing place to stay. The condo had everything we could’ve needed for the week… beach towels, coffee, beach toys, and even sunscreen! The kitchen was fully stocked with any appliance you could imagine. The ease of entry via the keypad was huge (never have to worry about keys). The condo complex was great. The beach was beautiful, the pool nice and large and even the restaurant/bar was great! We would 100% stay here again on our next trip to Grand Cayman! Thanks, Bill, for hosting us for this quick getaway.

Perfect location for children and adults!

We enjoyed our week-long stay at the condo and the location was great. The lagoon was great for small kids as it was clear and very calm with a great sandy beach. There were fish and a few sea creatures to see snorkeling and it was good place to practice. The beach had a bin filled with sand toys and floats for all to use. Pool was great and was cleaned every morning. Lots of chairs and umbrellas both at the beach and pool. It was nearly deserted as it was the beginning of the shoulder season and school had started. The condo was very clean and well-appointed with kitchen supplies, pots and pans, dishes, etc. There were games and the balcony was great for enjoying morning coffee enjoying the view. Wonderful A/C, not noisy at all and felt very safe. The unit was updated and had a very comfy sectional and plenty of dining seating. The unit has been updated and decorated very nice. Owner was very responsive, and we met him as we arrived. Easy check-in as the door is keyless, so just use the code that is provided in advance. I would definitely stay again! Thanks for a wonderful stay, Bill!

The vacation of a lifetime!

Bill was incredibly friendly and responsive whenever I reached out, and the property exceeded our expectations. We stayed in #320, one of Bill's properties, and it was fantastic. While renting a car isn't necessary, we were glad we did. It allowed us to easily explore the island and conveniently shop for groceries. Plus, the August heat made it more comfortable to drive to nearby restaurants. Walking to some restaurants means navigating a busy road and highway, which was another reason we opted to drive. The condo has a spacious open-concept layout with a kitchen, dining area, and living room. One bedroom has a king bed, while the other has a queen and a twin bed. The two full bathrooms were convenient, and the kids especially enjoyed the one with a tub. Having the washer and dryer in the kitchen was a huge help. Bill also provided essentials like sunscreen, snorkels, plates, silverware, conditioner, shampoo, laundry detergent, coffee pods, and towels. The kids loved the large TV in the living room with numerous streaming services. My husband enjoyed some comedy shows! The Wi-Fi sometimes faltered when the big TV was on, but otherwise, it worked well. We appreciated the on-site restaurant with a swim-up bar, the large heated pool with a hot tub, and the enclosed, warm ocean. Spending time on the spacious private balcony each evening was a highlight of our stay.

Fantastic rental condo on 7 mile beach!

Bill's condo was conveniently located, very clean, well stocked and beautifully decorated. We had 4 people and were very comfortable in the welcoming and relaxing space. Highly recommend this for any getaway in Cayman.

Simply Amazing!

This condo is simply amazing! The pictures show just what you get, but don’t do it any justice. Our teenage boys were very impressed when we walked in the door and were sure the pictures I showed them ahead of time weren’t the same place! Bill is an excellent host. He was quick to respond to any questions we had before our arrival. We enjoyed the cove outside the condo that allowed easy entry into the ocean without an issue with rocks. There were a few snorkel masks, a floaty and beach toys we were able to use. There were also a couple beach chairs we used when we ventured further down to Governor’s Beach. We highly recommend this condo for the value, location and amenities. Thank you, Bill, for a wonderful week long stay!

Heaven on Earth

From the moment we walked into the condo, we fell in love with the place. It was clean and inviting, and the view of the beach was breathtaking! The place was also well stocked with everything you might need and the grocery store just moments down the road. My sister is a little skittish in the water so the protective cove out front, made for a perfect snorkeling experience for her. We were out there twice a day! The pool in the evening was a joy and swimming up to the bar was a special treat. It would be a very nice place for extended families to meet up for vacation....we're hoping to do that next time. High recommendations from my sister and I!!!
