Room was great! Could not use app to get info on how to get in. The lady in the office was terrible to deal with. The app did not work for us so went to the office in a cab and got the key but less than good instructions. Then when I got to apt the key did not work so couldn’t get in. She said she wanted the key that did not work back! I told her NO I was keeping the key. She said she was calling the police. Waited and no police someone came and they showed us the code for the door to the apartment. We got in and apartment worked fine! The lady at the office could not handle anything out of the norm! Totally incompetent! Good luck to anyone trying to get in. It was beyond me!The TTlock app would not work for us.
