Positivos: Café da manhã excelente. Atendimento muito bom. Camas confortáveis. Banheiro tamanho bom. Amenites cheirosos. Toalhas macias e grandes. Pontos a melhorar: * TV: poucos canais. Qualidade ruim da imagem e som. *Acabamentos: no banheiro tinha muita massa ou rejunte no suporte de papel higiênico, estava solto o suporte também. Nos corredores também há muitos respingos de cimento e produtos da construção. *Travesseiro: desgastados. Baixo demais. *Ar-condicionado: demora esfriar o quarto. Às vezes faz barulho de peça solta por dentro. *Janelas do quarto: não travam. Quem estiver com criança corre muito risco. As janelas estavam ficando abertas. Trava quebrada. * Tomadas na mesa de trabalho: somente uma embaixo. Se precisar utilizar o notebook ou carregador de celular, temos que tirar o abajur da tomada. * Cortina: pequena. Ao clarear do dia entra a luz do sol nas extremidades deixando o quarto muito claro.

O atendimento é muito bom. Quarto bom mas o ar condicionado era muito forte para o espaço do quarto. Não conseguia deixar numa temperatura agradável. Fomos bem atendidos, os funcionários são educados, a localização é excelente próximo ao shopping, o serviço de almoço do restaurante é muito bom. O estacionamento é amplo porém não há cobertura. O hotel poderia investir ao menos em um sombrite para proteger os veículos.
