"The house is nearby shops, restaurants and a 5 minuten drive away to the beach. The beach and sea is quite nice, but there is a lot of trash on the streets and beach. There were several things in the house which needed assistance. The oven door could not be closed, water in the shower was spraying everywhere. "Great hotel! Fantastic view of the ocean and beach and quick access to the beach itself. The sand was soft and the water clear and waves calm. We loved our stay. Easy walking to restaurants. Good breakfast included, great spacious room, staff were friendly and helpful. Would come back!"

"Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub über fast 3 Wochen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und wird während des Aufenthaltes Sonntags auch noch gereinigt (Tausch der Bettwäsche und der Handtücher). Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, speziell in der Küche ist wirklich alles reichlich vorhanden. Auch die Kommunikation mit Antónia, bei An- und Abreise und auch bei Fragen zwischendurch, lief super.Der Strand ist super und sehr schnell erreichbar und in Lissabon ist man auch in 45 Minuten. Einzig die kleffenden Hunde und krähenden Hähne in der Nachbarschaft stören den gesunden Schlaf."

"Highly recommend this villa for large groups. Very spacious and well equipped, indoor and outdoor dining areas that can accommodate many people. Multiple bathrooms and spacious bedrooms (although if you are a light sleeper ear plugs are advisable as the neighbouring dogs bark at night and early morning.)Excellent communication with the host, and I have already fed back about the dishwasher which leaked on occasion and the top floor shower over bath which flooded the floor. The host recommended some local cookers who catered for us several times. Highly recommend this, wonderful Portuguese dishes and excellent value. Our host also very kindly returned some lost property, which I'm very grateful for. Very easy check in arrangements and if we'd needed help I have do doubt Ana would have been a available.My one suggestion for improvement that more area for seating around the pool could be created, there is a lot of area laid with gravel. Although the pool itself is great and was very clean.Villa is an excellent location. Ubers were quick and cheap and the beach only 15 mins away. Plenty of supermarkets in easy reach.Overall I recommend this villa for large groups who want space and easy access to amenities . We had an excellent stay!"
