"Our check-in took forever, and when we finally got to our room, the key cards didn’t even work. Once inside, we found the fridge wasn’t working—which was a major issue since I was staying there for a procedure and needed to keep my medication cold. Maintenance was sent, but the person who showed up smelled strongly of alcohol, which was very concerning. I then tried to turn on the heat, and it barely worked. When I went to take a shower, the water never got properly hot. To top it all off, the bed caved in the middle and had a strong, unpleasant odor. This used to be my favorite hotel to stay at, but since the new ownership took over, the quality has gone downhill significantly. Overall, this felt more like a Motel 6 than what this place used to be."

"Clean room. The Hotel was under renovations and that is understandable but putting us in a room that was right in the middle of construction was ridiculous. We had painters in our hallway and had to deal with extra noise and mess throughout our entire stay....this was especially an issue considering there were plenty of other rooms available in areas that weren't under construction. "

"The location is excellent, pool is great, lobby is renovated and memorable. The staff is excellent and seem to really have pride in their jobs, Cleanliness was not complete- don’t look too hard. It is surface clean, but things like the base of lamps were dusty and under the pull out sofa were little toys from previous guests. The sofa bed was one of the worst we have used - no support and uncomfortable. We would stay here again but plan not to use the sofa as a bed. Breakfast was sausages, eggs and waffles plus yogurt, etc, typical hotel breakfast options. Our bedroom bathroom had been renovated, but the paint job was bumpy and door is still from the 80’s. It felt like they are trying to renovate, but maybe not completely done. The pool area was all refreshed and pristine clean, "

"This was one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. It seems like they are keeping the hotel updated even though it is older. The staff was friendly, often welcoming us back as we'd come and go. The breakfast was one of the better ones I have seen. "
