Great weekend retreat
Great hotel!!!! The accomodations were great and the hotel is very close to the town center. The rooms were large and very clean. The pool was also nice.

Yes this hotel has a lot of amazing features and the employees are amazing. But air-condition did not go below 24 degrees even after complaining. Wifi did not work in the room at all and I do not think it was just my room since there were around 5-6 people in the lobby on phone and computers as well. They charge 5 euro for room service even though I went down to order from the restaurant but the kitchen manager Indirectly suggested better to eat in my room cause he did not want to clean a table.

San Marino
San Marino is a lovely place and friendly people. Hotel strangely situated off a main road with limited pavements, however this isn't unique to the hotel. Restaurant food in evening wasn't great due to an event being on at same time but breakfast was good. Overall a good hotel.

Not Again.
Our room was miles away from the hotel restaurant and lobby. Plus they put us in a handicap room and insisted my prepaid reservation did not include breakfast. It did and after a call to hotels.com, they corrected. Location is horrible!

Nice hotel but far away from everything
Hotel is descent but do not go there if you are on foot nothing is walkable in this area, taxi cab fares in this area are so expensive 25 euro to go down the hill was a 4 km ride

Nice hotel with great service.
Very nice hotel, great service and quality, with very nice rooms. Location is not ideal as it is still a fair way to the 'old town' but taxi's are quite cheap and so it's not too much of a problem. Quite handy for football, or other events, at the sporting complex, although walking can be a little dangerous as there are not any formal footpaths. Taxi's will take and pick up to the ground, although they did charge like a wounded elephant for the England game. Would be happy to recommend the hotel.

Very well appointed. Close to Rimini.
Excellent standard. Piano in foyer, so I played a couple of tunes. One of the staff asked me to keep on playing, but I hadn't played in a while and my fingers were a bit 'rusty'. Good room and WiFi. Didn't like the demand to wear a hair cap to use the pool. I'm bald......dumb rule. Good food in bar.

Nice hotel with pool
We chose this hotel for the enclosed pool for our children. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good with a lot of choices. Only a 15-20 minute drive to the historical center parking lots so not far from activity but the view was of a highway on one side and a rock wall on the other, although it was a nice view on the other side of the highway. Our children enjoyed the pool, however, the hot tub was not very good. It was room temperature and looked like it could use a cleaning. Other than that the hotel was great and would recommend it to families.

Good clean budget hotel near motorway
Very helpful & friendly front desk staff. Their suggested restaurant in bergamo old town was excellent. My only negatives were: - overlooking the motorway - very small shower - poor noise insulation Otherwise reasonably priced clean and comfortable.

Great Hotel
The Best Western in Serravalle is a great hotel. I travelled for a football match and the stadium was only 20 minutes from the hotel. The facilities and breakfast were great. The only thing that keys it down is the walk down the dual carriageway to get anywhere.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for only one night in begin August 2012, but it was a very pleasant experience. The rooms and the hotel facilities were spotless and the reception personnel accomodating and very friendly. The breafast was great and the price was affortable.

Great stop over Hotel
Not wanting to drive the full 1200 KM from Zürich, Switzerland to Souther Italy, we looked for a Affordable Hotel close to the Republic of San Marino, which we found in the Palace Hotel ! Warm welcome, great clean room with lots of space for 4 persons. We really enjoyed to short drive to the Beautiful old City of San Marino, which is tucked away on a hill overlooking the whole region. We were so happy with the hotel that on our way back to switzerland we booked another two nights. Delighted to find out that the City of San Marino was celebrating their annual Mid Evil weekend !! Great food, culture and Music. Our kids enjoyed a meal back at the Hotel and were very content with the variety, great quality and service. The only negative point with this Great Hotel is when returning for the City of San Marino, there is no direct turn off ! one has to drive down hill for a couple Km turn around and drive back uphill. Overall.. great Hotel for a good price !

On a hill
Hotel was o.k as the title say's it's on the hill up to sanmarino.If you ask a question at reciption you will get a answer (but thats it no conversation) The room was a good size as was the bath room with no bath only shower.(the safe did not work as someone had locked it open & the staff were unable to re-set but this was not the hotels fault it was the idiot's fault that locked it!) There was quite a walk to our room so if you have loads of luggage it will keep you fit. the food in the restaurant was o.k. The bus stopps right outside the hotel if you do not want to use your own car to visit the old town & its sights at the top of the hill.( P.S if you enjoy a walk after supper it will be a short one)

Great base for exploring San Marino. The staff were lovely and very helpful and the facilities were good. The only let down was the restaurant. The food wasn't great and expensive and they kept running out of breakfast food which was part of the package. Other than that the service was good.

Excellent Quality
This was a stop-over hotel for us, and we arrived later than expected, so didn't get to see much of the surrounding area. The hotel is right on the main road leading up to San Marino old town, and easy to spot. (If you miss it on the way up, you can go up a bit to the next roundabout, turn round and go back to the last roundabout - such is life in San Marino, where the dual carriageway't fault has a barrier!) Rooms were superbly decorated with stocked fridge, the meal and breakfast in the restaurant very good quality, and they have an underground parking facility which is served by the lobby elevator. Can't fault this hotel.

Staff - very friendly Spa (jacuzzi, saunas, etc.) - very relaxing, clean, quiet. Excellent! S pool - Clean and good size Bfast - Perfect!!! Loads of pastries, parma ham, eggs, sausage, cheeses, youguts, great variety of cereals and good variety of fruit Room/bathroom - clean and confortable. Bed, very confortable. 100% recomended, specially if you're driving as it's away from the old city centre/main turistic attraction

Hotellet var nemt at finde. Dog kunne instrukserne omkring indgangen fra motortrafikvej have været bedre beskrevet. Receptionisten var ikke synderligt godt til andet end italiensk, hvilket gjorde at selv nemme spørgsmål om vejen til supermarkedet blev vanskelig. Poolområdet var meget slidt og den ‘udendørs pool’ var udendørs fordi taget kunne fjernes 40%. Sengen og servicen fejlede intet.

Péssimo hotel
Decepcionante Nos acomodaram em um quarto onde não havia box para o chuveiro, o que deixava o piso do banheiro totalmente alagado. Fui solicitar a troca e disseram.que não havia outro quarto para troca e ficou.por isso.mesmo. Mandaram um rapaz levar toalhas que foram.colocadas no chão e assim mesmo ficaram encharcadas. Somente no outro dia nos trocaram de quarto. Café da manhã fraco, sem reposição Hotel deixa muito a desejar. Não recomendo ninguém ficar aqui.
