Our Stay at Dorma was wonderful! Love the decor and welcoming atmosphere. Staff hospitality is top notch. Andres and the ladies were courteous and helpful.
Rooms were comfortable and nicely laid out. Love the size of the bath towels. Hot water was always Hot and the showerhead pressure was therapeutic.
We loved the fresh citrus water pitcher with the pasteis de nata in the lobby!
We loved Lisbon and our stay made it even more enjoyable.
The mid floor stairs going down on the 6th floor was the only inconvenient thing when lugging our luggage to our room and lugging it to check out.
Everything else was 10/10! Location was very good as well.

"The hotel and grounds, which are actually a former convent, are beautiful. We only had one day here at the end of our trip but we’ll definitely return for longer. The room was perfect and the service was excellent. Make sure to visit the Locke de Santa Joana restaurant as well, it’s phenomenal!"

"We had requested a crib before arriving, which was not in our room at check in. The crib they did bring was broken. We also ordered room service which was terrible. The only good thing this hotel is for is the airport shuttle. Would not stay again."
