Food was amazing, and staff is very friendly and helpful but cleaning of the rooms can be better and it’s still noticeable that hotel had renovations - marks of paints in shower, on tiles. Territory small and cute, just about the right of you don’t want to walk to the beach for ages.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The atmosphere is very relaxed and easy-going, almost like being in a charming little town rather than a towering block of concrete. The design and layout give a refreshing sense of being close to nature, which makes the whole experience feel unique and calming. 🍴 The food was absolutely amazing — every meal felt carefully prepared and full of flavor. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which added so much warmth to our stay. ✨ Overall, the hotel delivers a high-quality experience that balances comfort with character. It’s not just a place to sleep, but a destination in itself. 👍 Highlights - Relaxed atmosphere that feels like a small town - Connection with nature throughout the property - Delicious food with great variety - Exceptionally friendly staff who make you feel at home 👎 Areas for Improvement - Airport pickup organization could be smoother and more reliable - Kids’ area facilities fencing needs upgrading to be more Secure. - Shampoo and conditioner quality should derinitely be improved to match the hotel’s overall standards 🌟 Final Thoughts We will definitely come back next year — the experience was too good not to repeat. With just a few improvements in organization and amenities, this hotel could easily reach perfection.

Exceptional service from all the staff. Our son is on the spectrum and the hotel manager organised a very late check out for us as our flight was later in the evening. The food, room and facilities could not have been better. All in all a fantastic stay.

Premium lagoon suite amazing! VIP service was disappointing though, no cafe food service for suites, wine and fruit didn’t arrive until I asked, pool towels not provided last day. Nice hotel overall with good food options, highly recommend lagoon suites. Pools cold but expected due to time of year. Good waterpark.

We had an amazing stay at Paloma Grida and would absolutely come back again. The hotel offers the perfect balance between a relaxing romantic getaway and a comfortable family-friendly atmosphere. Our room was comfortable, clean, and had a beautiful sea view that made every morning special. Waking up to the sound of the sea and watching the sunset from the balcony was one of the highlights of the trip. The staff throughout the hotel were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and very fast whenever we needed anything. Their professionalism and warm attitude truly made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The amenities were excellent — the pools were clean and spacious, the beach and sea were beautiful, and there was always something to do during the day. We especially enjoyed the gym and yoga classes, which added a relaxing and healthy touch to the vacation. The food was another standout point. There was a wide variety of delicious options every day, and everything was fresh and well prepared. Overall, Paloma Grida exceeded our expectations in every way. Whether you are traveling as a couple or with family, this hotel creates a wonderful atmosphere for everyone. Highly recommended!
