This is the best 5-star all-inclusive resort we have ever experienced! From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we felt so taken care of and the staff was so kind and attentive. We appreciated the impeccable service from our maxx assistant who helped make reservations and answer any questions we had throughout the day. Our kids loved all the amenities ranging from the kids club, pools, sports options, water park, game room, playgrounds all over the property and countless other activities. Our absolutely favorite part of the resort was the FOOD. Every single thing we ate was delicious, and it is all impressively made in-house. The Azure restaurant buffet is the most amazing buffet we've ever encountered - endless options and so healthy. Fresh-squeezed juices and drinks all day, fresh-made chocolates, popsicles, icecream....anything you can imagine. We were in love with the food. The service was also 5-star. The staff is so accommodating and kind and welcoming. We will definitely return to Maxx Royal for our family vacations! Unmatched luxury and service.

Amazing stay at an amazing resort

This is a truly amazing hotel, especially for a young family. The hotel is so well equipped for children of all ages and all the staff go out of their way to make the stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. Our Maxx Assistants (Maria and Elmira) ensured that all our needs were met, especially for our little girl. We will definitely return soon.

Her şey çok güzeldi. Personel çok Güler yüzlüydü yemekler harikaydı yani bu kadar güzel şeyin içinde sadece olumsuz olarak söyleyebileceğim tek şey.. hava muhalefetinden dolayı otelde çok sık Elektrik kesintisi yaşamak ve elektrik kesintisi yüzünden asansörün kapısından kizimla cikarken sıkısıp kalmamiz.. bununda kizim icin telafisini asistanimiz maryam hanim aksam balonlarla odayi susleyerek yapmistir. Guzel bir tatil gecirdik. Herkese tavsiye ederim..

Nice hotel, very proffecional staff

Over all the experience at the hotel was awesome! It could not be better. Starting with great service right as the taxi door opens at the hotel. The hotel assistants lead you through all the registrations offering you refrashments at the same time. Everybody are proffetional at thier job, and it makes staying at the hotel a reall treat! Food is delisiouse with a lots of options for the children, so the little ones never stay hungry or complain :) Also they have endless number of activities and play grounds througout the hotel(compare to the other hotels where kids activities usually located at one area, separate from the rest of the hotel)!!

Impressive

We went during Easter break and the resort provided more than I expected. Both food and service were excellent. There are many pools but only one is heated. The amount of activities provided for children were amazing (love the water park!)

Went to Royal Max after being recommended by friends. Hotel was absolutely fantastic, reallly friendly staff, great choice of restaurants, good entertainment and plenty to keep you busy throughout the day. Looking forward to going back next year.

Uitstekend all-inclusive hotel. Behoort tot de top

Wij reisden met een gezin met twee wat oudere kinderen. Verbleven in een Family Suite in een apart gebouw wat voor het hoofdgebouw ligt. Dit zijn twee naast elkaar gelegen kamers met één ingang en beiden een eigen badkamer. Wij zaten op de bovenste verdieping met klein balkon met op één daarvan een éénpersoons badkuip/jacuzzi. Voorzieningen op de kamer zijn zeer uitgebreid, en worden indien gewenst ook aangevuld. Verder minibar en Nespresso machine. Alles wordt zeer goed schoongemaakt. Je krijgt een persoonlijke assistent toegewezen (twee personen over de hele dag) die van alles voor je regelen en zeer snel vragen beantwoorden. Personeel is erg vriendelijk, behulpzaam en altijd correct. Eten is prima, de keus in het grote restaurant is zeer groot maar de afwisseling beperkt. Opmerkelijk genoeg was het eten tussen de middag het beste. De eigen Turkse keuken is erg goed. Gerechten uit andere landen zijn wat wisselend van kwaliteit. Thema-avonden kent men niet, er zijn wel elke dag afwisselend wat gerechten uit andere landen. De a la carte restaurants vielen ons tegen, net als het 24-uurs restaurant. Wat ontbreekt in dit resort is een gezellige bar, het is allemaal grote ruimtes. Veel keus in drinken (internationaal). Elke avond shows, meestal van een goed niveau door professionals. Pluspunt is een 16+ zwembad met echter weinig plekken, wel de meest luxe bedden. Rest van de bedden is niet zo comfortabel. Het claimen met zeer vroeg 'handdoek leggen' komt ook hier voor

Great hotel. Sadley some people let their children run around the restaurants and treat it like a playground. I would like to see sections where adults only could sit for food which a lot of hotels do.
