The Bella Vista house is situated in Livadakia, 10 walking minutes from the sandy beach of Livadakia and 8 walking minutes from the port of Serifos where is the vibe of the island with all supermarkets, restaurants, bars, coffee shops and shops.

The house has an exceptional view over the beach of Livadakia and amphitheatrical unobstructed views of the port of Serifos and of Avlomonas beach.

It is a 2 storey property. First floor consists of the living room, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, nespresso, toaster, microwave and a bathroom with shower.

Second floor has 3 bedrooms: first bedroom with a built in double bed, second bedroom with 2 single beds and the third bedroom with 1 bed and another sliding bed. Also a second bathroom.

It can accommodate up to 6 people.

The vacation rental features a private outdoor space with an open terrace with stunning views over the Aegean Sea for relaxing morning and evenings.
