"Great location, clean apartment with everything you need to cook. Great with A/C on hot days/nights. The single beds were very comfortable, with extra linens and pillows where needed. Great view that was private/quiet instead of looking out into the street. Easy communication with staff on WhatsApp. Happy we could store luggage for free at the office as we waited for our departure train. Doesn't have a freezer in the fridge but not a huge deal. A bit humid and hard to dry towels inside or...

Vila Gale Collection Braga Hotel

Vila Gale Collection Braga Hotel

8/10 Good
"Great location, breakfast, amenities and helpful staff. Large room compared with typical hotel. Lost a star due to chaotic check in. Arrived before check in time to leave bags. details taken and passports scanned. Then at actual check had to do it all again when it was really busy. Staff seemed to be struggling with computers. Bar was infrequently manned with no method of summoning staff except to walk back to reception. However minor gripes. Great hotel."
