14時頃ホテルへ向かったところアーリーチェックインに対応していただきました。受付のアダムさんはとても美しく親切でした。金浦空港からも近く、麻谷ナル駅からもとても近く便利です。周辺にお店も沢山あります。近くのソウル植物園もとても良かったですし、ホテル周辺が大きな公園のようになっていてリラックスできます。また泊まりたいです！

金浦空港の隣駅で、駅出口からすぐ、ソウルにも出かけやすく便利でした！となりの植物園を部屋からながめたり散歩することもできるので、リフレッシュできます。交差点をわたればレストランがたくさんあるので、食事にも困りません。室内は清潔で設備は整っていて、シャワーの温度、水圧も調整できとても快適でした。他の方のの口コミにもありましたが、ホテルの朝食がとてもおいしかったです！フロントコールしたとき、1度つながらなかったのですが、しばらくしたら丁寧に折り返しがありました。また、日本語を話せるスタッフの方もいて、家族連れだった私たちに「お子様にどうぞ」と小さなお菓子をいただきました。スタッフみなさん感じが良かったです。また利用したいと思います。

清潔で快適なホテルでした。

部屋は広く快適でした。バスタブも広く、お湯の出や排水も問題ありません。室温の調整も簡単でした。エレベーターが来るのが遅い事が気になった点です。

癒しのホテルにおススメ～お気に入りに追加の韓国ホテル

韓国でのんびりできるホテルはないかなと探して見つけたホテルです。この街　じたいの雰囲気も凄く好きで、また泊まりたいホテルだと思いました。自然も多くて、ホテルの部屋も広いし朝食も美味しくてお気に入りのホテルです。弘大までも高速鉄道ですぐなので本当に便利です。

急にひとりで韓国へ行きたくなり、当日予約をして2泊3日させていただきました。ソウル植物園の真横にあり、地下鉄を降りてすぐにあったので、迷うことない素敵な立地です。チェックインも、丁寧でフレンドリーなスタッフの方が対応してくださり、このホテルにして良かったとすぐに感じました。日本語も熱心に勉強中の方で、韓国語英語日本語まじりの会話をしました。室内は広くてとても清潔、ソファや机も充実しており、ゆっくりくつろぐことができます。お風呂も水圧◎温度◎、広さ◎で快適です。部屋からのひらけた景色も最高でした。仁川国際空港から40分、ソウル中心部までも40分くらいの立地でしたが、１本で行けますし、ちょうど良かったです。 3度目のソウルでしたが、ダントツ良いホテルです。今後もソウルへ行く際は、利用します！

気になった点 : スタッフとサービス

フロントの対応、部屋の状況は良かったです。しかし、朝食の中でわかめスープが何日も煮込んだようにしょっぱすぎたことと、また、環境保護をお客さんに強制している気がしました。夜と朝私用したタオルの交換してほしかったですが、環境のため交換せずに使ってくださいとの札が付いており、気分が悪くなりました。個人的にタオルは一回以上は使わない習慣にも関わらず、ホテル方針で2回使用したにもかかわらずあのような対応は勝手すぎます。

We are replacing towels upon guest request to reduce environmental impact. However, it is absolutely our fault if you were told to reuse towels even though you asked us to replace them. For more detailed explanation, if guests leave towels on the bottom or ask us to replace them, our housekeeping is replacing them. Otherwise, we recommend guests to reuse them. We will make it clear so that all of our guests are aware of it and feel more comfortable during their stay. まだオープンから間も無いので全ての施設がキレいで清潔でした。エグゼクティブラウンジの飲食も充実していて、吹き抜け空間で仕事終わりに飲むビールは特に格別です。しかも、無料。朝食もパン類以外は美味しかったです。

강력 추천 합니다.

쵝오 !!! 입니다. 국내 국외 많고 많은 호텔생활을 하는 1인으로서 그어느 호텔보다 쵝오 입니다. 번화가와 아주약간 떨어져 있어 조용하고 옆방의 복도의 밖에 .. 소음으로 짜증도 없으며 ... 침구, 시설, 모든면에서 아늑함을 느낄 수 있습니다. 추천합니다(하지만 주말 가격은 좀 있습니다).
